However, I'm naturally fearful of the dark. I sleep with a red light on and a blindfold and if my room feels "off" I keep the light white and my dog with me.
And always a fan on. I hear sleeping with music or a TV on with light can keep them from manifesting.
Something else I know some people do is to put sea salt or pink salt, the chunky kind, in every corner of your room/house. These things come from the corners, something about intersections iirc.

I've just began a lifestyle change like this as well. I'm also doing 18/6 intermittent fasting and for the most part I've adapted well but occasionally I'll mess up and binge and go get a pizza or something but I mostly got it under control.
The book I read that explains the hormonal theory is called The Obesity Code by a Dr. Jason Fung.
I am getting better mental clarity in control over desires and binges when it comes to food having only messed up by smashing pizza twice in a month and when I did I did a 24-hour fast to try to compensate.
I'm losing about 1.5 to 2 lbs a week thus far. Basically what I do is cut out the refined carbohydrate everywhere I can and thetimes when I do have to eat it, like I have a pretty large stockpile of pasta noodles, I just eat them like a reasonable person and not a huge giant portion and continue to fast.
I guess that kind of makes some sense but I'm still going to use telegram. I realize that everybody who has a phone is being tracked regardless and I think it's at the hardware and kernel levels. I don't think today that any electronic device that your average Joe has access to is capable of any real security simply because of that.

I lost someone very dear to me to cancer it was a long battle chemo was the worst thing I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy.
For many reasons I don't trust the medical industry, and what little trust I had in them before the woo flu is completely gone now. I've already decided that if I get cancer or some other illness that is terminal that isn't treatable by natural methods or methods from suppressed doctors like Zelenko and Malone then I'm just going to give up the ghost.
