I think the lost Federal case when that Houston Hospital mandated the jabs for employees has really emboldened other employers that at least temporarily they can get away with doing the same. That case is being appealed to a higher court, and you're correct, that it is definitely illegal right now to mandate the vaxx as a condition of employment because it is still under Emergecny Use Authorization only. It is just a matter of having the case go up to a judge with the integrity to uphold the law....hopefully that will happen. I am not sure if FDA approval would affect the legality of workplace mandates but I suspect that it may which may be why they are trying to push the FDA to approve it prior to completion of human testing which is not slated to be finished until 2023. No way they will wait until them to force as many of us as possible to take it so we will probably see more paid off crooked judges ruling, illegally, in favor of the mandates at least in the lower level courts. Not feeling real optimistic about our Supreme Court either but time will tell.

These officers don't wasn't too give up their extremely high paying job. They will fight for it because they can get the hell out of that shithole after 20 years and retire to a red State. They hold their noses for 20 years to procure a very large pension. Some are lefties, but believe it or not, most are conservative. They keep theirmouths shut and do their jobs. The ones that retired early were all conservative. Im from the Bay Area and have high school friends in law enforcement there. They can't wait to GTFO.

But yes I agree, several of my friends are cops too and the ones who hit that 100k are usually working an extra 30-40 hours a week in OT alone. They are also the ones who usually end in divorce and have their kids taken because they are never home. Its not that common. And to be fair, you can have the same lifestyle / work that many hours by just being a truck driver and not have half the country trying to hurt you / want to see you in jail.
