No, the best we can hope for is to get our hands on the puppet strings that control everything and start working on the next few generations. Bring accountability back, teach the kids civics and the constitution as soon as they can read and write, teach them critical thinking, and teach them a trade the moment they can walk. There's a certain percentage of the population that is essentially crippled by their own stupidity at this point, to the point where I would have a hard time calling them human.
