It's very simple, if you molest sexually a child then the death penalty should be given. If it's proven beyond doubt that someone has committed the crime then it should be an automatic death sentence and carried out!
The death sentence in such cases should be skinned alive and rolled in salt.

My question is...this organization was founded by multiple countries, political leaders, military, activist and not ONE person looked into this guy before making him a part of it? They should all be questioned now in my opinion.

This is pure myth. They separate molesters from the others so that people don't harm them. The only time this comes into play is for example if a molester is in the general populations and no one knows he is one, but then he gets discovered. Then he either leaves or he might get attacked. A high profile guy like this would be shielded 99% of the time from any sort of attack because he's a molester on day one. Now another molester in the same cell block might kill him because he stole his cigs or whatever.

Not nearly enough time. There should only be one penalty: death. The only other option should be life without possibility of parole or pardon. And the perpetrator's family should be forced to pay for the trial, any restitution, and the perp's incarceration and/or death penalty option. This will help ensure that people raise their children right and also help keep generational pedo grooming to a minimum.
