Hubby works construction, so, nope, just start earlier in the morning about 30 minutes to an hour before sun comes up. Suits work in a comfy air conditioned office.

Because about 5 months is their regular work year and has been for a long time. They are a month past their original adjournment date now. Possibly after they didn't get a raise for 15 years they decided to be organized, get done efficiently, and spend less time hanging around Phoenix. Anyone who could would be leaving for two months. AZ state legislator makes $24,000/year + per diem. Yeah per diem can fluxuate a lot, but doesnt sound like they're exactly "raking it in".

There is a lot of concentrated stupidity in this thread.
First, the adjournment is normal. If they need to, they will be recalled in a special session.
Second, the level of fraud could result in the AZ legislature not having enough politicians left for a quorum (section 3 of the 14th Amendment), even if a special session is called.
While in theory it is possible for the states to fix the election fraud... realistically, the military is the only way.

Maricopa county has 2/3 of the population of Arizona. If fraud is found (it has been) then the Arizona Senate is effectively dissolved and any bills they have passed are null and void. What's the point of staying in session?

I think the Arizona audit report will be released when other states are nearing the completion of their audits. Election fraud would need to be proven across multiple states to be able to garner >80% public support which would be needed to support military intervention.

Remain calm. They didn’t go to all this effort, take the threats, and ridicule to stop short of the finish line. The report will get done, it is part of the contract. The committees can still meet. Once the report is made public and if it is as explosive as we believe, Ducey will be under extreme pressure to call a special session. Or, as Professor Eastman has stated, they can call themselves into session for matters pertaining to Federal Elections.
I was disappointed by President Trump’s Bill O’Reilly tour, but now it makes sense. AZ legislature is due the scheduled break. Won’t be able to respond to audit results until 2022.
This may have to do with certain protocols.
If the Arizona Senate were in full session.... there are certain legal requirements they would need to meet. However, if they re-convene in a "special session", there may be fewer requirements and less chance for people to "object" to anything the special session of senate is reviewing.
