LOL, thank you. Try turmeric/curcumin. Details in the daily thread.

That'd be great and thank you. Just let me know what the new URL is (on imgur or whatever), and I'll edit the comment to include the new link.

I wrote about it in the daily thread and only made this post because I didn't know how else to introduce the visual. Because I assumed someone would ask, if I just posted text in the daily without posting a picture. (I put a link to this URL in the comment in the daily thread.)

I hope that's ok.

I really don't usually take pictures with my shirt off, so I don't have a visual "baseline." ...I have one picture where I am at a pool with a kid, but the kid is not mine (he's my son's ex-girlfriend's little brother). So I'm reluctant to post that.

To give you a general sense, as a middle aged man most would have thought I looked "pretty good" but would look quite fit if I just buckled down and lost the last 5-10 pounds around my torso/belly. So I wasn't starting from a point of being totally out of shape. But I have no idea how much belly fat this can remove. I know it removed pretty much all that I had. Probably took 4-5 months -- I'm not totally sure how long the timeframe was. To be honest, I didn't know to expect fat removal, and therefore wasn't looking for it. One day I just sort of noticed that almost all the fat was gone. A couple weeks later my wife asked me what was up with me losing weight.

See above for the details. The stuff really works, and I had no idea. ...A friend asked me if I had heard about curcumin/turmeric for losing belly fat (I hadn't any idea), and then I made the connection. To be honest, it was a relief. I liked the fact that the belly fat was simply vanishing, but I had no idea why that was happening and was a little worried. Now I know, LOL.

Nature's Bounty. Turmeric (1000 mg) "With Turmeric Extract 100mg Standardized for 95% Curcuminoids" Plus Black Pepper Extract

All of the above is on the label. The bottle is green. Black pepper included in the pill is important, as the pepper makes the curcumin bioavailable. In case it isn't obvious, curcumin is IN turmeric. Turmeric is the actual product I buy.

Not that there is any science to it, but I take 2 pills when I wake up; 2 more some time in the middle of the day; and then 2 more before bed. I forget the 2 before bed probably half the time.

Don't want to "hold out" on those of you who may care...

I have been taking curcumin to reduce inflammation for about a year. Oddly, at the same time, I noticed that my belly fat seemed to disappear. I had NO IDEA curcumin had that effect. None at all. I thought some of my friends may want to know.

I'm 51, btw. It's not a joke. The stuff removes belly fat. Give it a go.

I regard this as a Dream Ticket.

It would be fitting in so very many ways, and would be the most American administration in our history.

Watched the videos. You are 100% correct. Those are different shoes, beyond a doubt.

Not sure what to make of that. It's baffling.

I've not written a book - but I think I've got several in me, just dying to get out. :-)

Thanks for reading. I know this Series is abstract and difficult. I'm always humbled and amazed that anyone cares to read what I write.

There's a lot packed in there. I'd love to read something you've written, where you break out each idea slowly and clearly. I'm all ears, so to speak.

Thank you for not just reading - but digesting. I'm always amazed that people really read anything I write and give it mental time and energy. I'm grateful. Thank you.

BTW - I'm sure you know this, but you are quite capable with words, yourself. Do you write?

Bubble, you are a true friend, and a major reason why anyone at all reads anything I write. Thank you for having recognized something in my work. Without your recognition, all of this would have been drowned in obscurity.

I'm probably crazy for having put so much effort into writing here, but I sort of feel it is a calling. Hopefully, this writing means something to someone.

Buckle up for Series III. It'll be... unexpected!

Thank you, Logic.

I know this Series is abstract, taxing, and apparently unrelated to anything at all. It takes a special mind to read this and appreciate it. I am humbled that you have read it - I take it as a sign of faith on your part. Faith that this will go some place. And it will!

Series III... Well... Buckle up. You all may think I'm losing my mind when I open Series III, but at the very least, you'll be entertained. :-)

LOL.

Shockingly enough, I have read an article in a British publication that quoted me -- verbatim -- from here. We're on their RADAR.

Thank you, Dom.

Big things are coming. And I'm sorry that we have to wade through difficult material to get there.

It's coming!

Thank you for reading. This is basically unreadable. But just sit tight. It's coming!

I'm humbled that you've followed, by the way. Thank you.

I note that some formatting limitations have prevented exponents from being displayed properly. Hopefully any readers can mentally correct such errant presentation.

Definitely not for everyone. And you're not alone!

It's Lent, and I gave up alcohol as I typically do. That said, one may indulge in that which they surrendered on Sundays during the Lenten period. ...Rest assured, I will pour myself several drinks this Sunday, and bask in they joy that is the public disclosure of the J6 tapes.

3
simon_says 3 points ago +3 / -0

Ah! It does. ...But I'm not going to go that far. I've got to finish one more Part here, and then I'll transition over to Series III. And, God willing, people will see the connection between the topics of Series II (as far as it has been developed) and Series III. And, again God willing, they will enjoy Series III and come to appreciate Series II as "the price they had to pay" to get to Series III. We'll see.

BTW - why is there always one downvote on all of these great posts?

Seems like a methodical practice that is purposeful and achieves some desired outcome. I'm just not sure what it is.
