Not a law fag, but I've researched this. Lawfags disagree. If they are strict Constitutional lawyers and believe the Constitution is not a "living" (ie changeable with the times) document, their answer would likely be she is NOT eligible. Those who are not strict Constitutional lawyers ( ie, so open-minded their brains are in danger of falling out) would say yes, she (and probably Barry as well) are eligible. You can probably tell which camp I'm in.
