Yeah...I had severe pain in my legs after doing a job and standing for 12hrs a day. Thought it was just tired adrenals etc because of swelling, but it turned out to be stagnant lymph. VERY painful - could barely walk at times. This went on for a couple months. It was terrible.

I got one of those vibration "mats" - essentially a big vibrating plate that would rock in 3 dimensions and literally "shake the chit out of you* while you stand on it. I think that helped to get things moving a bit...but it wasn't some miracle cure or instant results.

Now I make it a point to go for a walk every day...good excuse to take the dogs with...
