Colossians 3:12-17
12 Put on then, as God's chosen ones, holy and beloved, compassionate hearts, kindness, humility, meekness, and patience, 13 bearing with one another and, if one has a complaint against another, forgiving each other; as the Lord has forgiven you, so you also must forgive. 14 And above all these put on love, which binds everything together in perfect harmony. 15 And let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, to which indeed you were called in one body. And be thankful. 16 Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly, teaching and admonishing one another in all wisdom, singing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, with thankfulness in your hearts to God. 17 And whatever you do, in word or deed, do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.
As a Godly principle from Colossians 3:5&6,
Put to death therefore what is earthly in you: sexual immorality, impurity, passion, evil desire, and covetousness, which is idolatry. 6 On account of these the wrath of God is coming.
If you need to kill something, be ruthless and kill it. If this time comes there will be no quarter. Good civil people being attacked will be exercising the wrath of God. I hope for peace.
Romans 3:21-26
21 But now the righteousness of God has been manifested apart from the law, although the Law and the Prophets bear witness to it— 22 the righteousness of God through faith in Jesus Christ for all who believe. For there is no distinction: 23 for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, 24 and are justified by his grace as a gift, through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus, 25 whom God put forward as a propitiation by his blood, to be received by faith. This was to show God's righteousness, because in his divine forbearance he had passed over former sins. 26 It was to show his righteousness at the present time, so that he might be just and the justifier of the one who has faith in Jesus.
Psalm 18:1-3
1 I love you, O Lord, my strength.
2 The Lord is my rock and my fortress and my deliverer, my God, my rock, in whom I take refuge, my shield, and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold.
3 I call upon the Lord, who is worthy to be praised, and I am saved from my enemies.
Consider the Psalm. A change of heart upon consideration of God's salvation takes the despairing soul from tears to victory. Struggles are real. God is the provider of peace and life in life. I'm gloriously comfy in life having Him.
Ignore the John Cullen anything but look at the left picture.

Edit to add: the picture on the right shows a pond at the bottom of the pic. The arena is left of the pond. That counter sniper is on the second white roof to the left of the pond.
Again, John C. Should be ignored. He's been chasing every squirrel and shiny thing misdirection attention away from the near second story window and only recently started mentioning Greg Nicol and even then had his name spelled incorrectly.
After Yearick, (i don't think it was crooks), got his rifle hit he rose up a little and looked/pointed toward the trees where the crowd was calling him out. Then, perhaps thinking he'd try the rifle again, he went back to the prone firing position and aimed at the stage. That is what happens between shots 9 and 10. It seems that one he takes aim again the counter sniper positioned 488 yards away on the West grandstand roof of the arena takes the kill shot.
These people need to understand that these laws and their results are not failures...
