LA To Institute Mass Layoffs Of City Workers In Wake Of $1 Billion Deficit
For many years now the narrative on California is that it is a country unto itself and it generates so many tax dollars the federal government and red states should be throwing a garden party in its honor. In reality, California is not a "donor state" as the Rockefeller Institute claims. It can't even support itself, let alone bolster the rest of the country.
This problem has become more evident in the past year as Los Angeles hits a budget deficit of a billion dollars and, the state government doesn't have the funds to help the city recover because of it's own $68 billion deficit.
In response to the lack of aid from the state or federal government, Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass unveiled a proposed $13.9 billion municipal budget for fiscal year 2025-26, which includes more than 1,600 layoffs and the consolidation of four city departments in an effort to eliminate the overdraft. Though LA employs around 50,000 people in total and the layoffs might seem minor in comparison, the city's expansive programs require employee growth this year, not cuts.
Furthermore, it is likely that the 1600 fired workers are just the beginning. The city removed at least 2000 positions from its employee roster at the end of last year and is already moving to make cuts to existing workers.

So lets define " Unlawful Enemy Combatant " :
The Supreme Court coined the term in 1942 when it ruled in the case Ex parte Quirin to distinguish between lawful and unlawful enemy combatants : “Unlawful combatants are likewise subject to capture and detention, but in addition they are subject to trial and punishment by military tribunals for acts which render their belligerency unlawful.”
The Military Commissions Act of 2006 gave the president the authority to set up military commissions to try enemy combatants. The act also states: “No alien unlawful enemy combatant subject to trial by military commission under this chapter may invoke the Geneva Conventions as a source of rights.” The defendant does not have the right to file Habeas Corpus petitions and can receive the death penalty. It was amended in 2009 in part due to make the law more in line with the Supreme Court.
President Barack Obama’s administration stopped using the term “enemy combatant” in 2009, in what The New York Times reported at the time was “intended to symbolically separate the new administration from Bush detention policies.”
While authorities decide whether an individual should be tried in civilian court or deemed an enemy combatant, the government can use a public safety exception that allows them to question an individual before he or she is notified of their Miranda rights.
Enemy combatants may have their Habeas Corpus rights — the right for anyone imprisoned by America to challenge their imprisonment — suspended. Therefore, they can be imprisoned for an indefinite period of time without being able to challenge it.
So if they want to play games and extend lawfare on the United States we have plenty of tools to play that game too. But the problem is on display now for all the world to see. The only thing is they have to decide, do we move on this before or after they have the GOONS head out into the streets to burn the place down. I say head it off NOW and start the process of calling these people what they are and begin the purge that should have been done on day one in 2017. See where it got us?
Declare Soros and his demon spawn Terrorists NOW, begin the process and SPOTLIGHT all the COCKROACHES he flooded with Money and remove the Judges and District Attorneys, Politicians and MSM Outlets from the public and put them in the cage in SUSPENDED INCARCERATION.

MARTIN COUNTY, Fla. --- A Treasure Coast judge is facing charges after he was arrested Wednesday night in Martin County.
The Martin County Sheriff's Office said that 19th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida Judge Brett Waronicki was one of the three people arrested in a traffic stop in Jensen Beach.

Waronicki, 46, faces charges of possession of paraphernalia and DUI refusal, the sheriff's office said.
The county's public information officer said Waronicki was the driver of the vehicle when it was pulled over at 10:41 p.m. at Northwest Jensen Beach Boulevard and Northwest Royal Oak Drive.
A probable cause affidavit said law enforcement pulled over Waronicki after the Ford F-150 he was driving failed "to maintain a single lane and was striking the fog line multiple times."
The arrest report also said the pickup was spotted going through the roundabout with no lights on, and also striking the bike lane.
"When speaking with Waronicki, (a detective) observed him to have bloodshot watery eyes, slurred speech, and the odor of an unknown alcoholic beverage emitting from his breath," according to the affidavit.
The judge told law enforcement that he had two Vodka drinks but had not had a drink since 6:30 p.m.
The report said Waronicki refused both a field sobriety test and a breathalyzer, claiming he "did nothing wrong."
