If Shifty was taken to the FBI building that is Federal. A recent arrest would not show up on any public data bases and a Federal case doesn't show up on county.

I had mentioned days ago that in my experience, evidence if you will, isn't obvious unless you're looking for it or it was there the entire time, you just didn't recognize for what it was.
