If Pence rejected the electors, we’d get Trump as a president, but we would be left with the same traitors in congress. The bullshit spin would continue, and ultimately the country would be even more divided.
But Trump and Team knows that bigger action is required. Pence explicitly said that he left it up to the electors. He had to let the actual traitors commit the crime.

If you listened to Trump’s last 2 speeches, his comments regarding Pence sounded “off” to me (kind of doomer-ish). This IS NOT standard Trump tone. Hit me funny.
Here’s my theory: still undecided on Pence loyalty; however, I think he was set up as a traitor by Trump and Lin so that his action in Congress (which he was TOLD to do) was necessary to complete the Treason. Trump knew about Antifa’s plan to storm the capital during the Arizona elector debate, which is why he purposefully was late and held his speech long. He was attempting to keep as many patriots out of harm’s way as possible.
I believe Pence is done, one way or another. There will be a different VP for second term.

Was rejecting the contested slate of electors an out for Pence? The easier decision? Or would he take the harder path, sticking to some plan, and catch everyone in a treasonous move, including himself.
That's the feeling I've been getting. Just about confirmed for me since he also said he has no intention of removing Trump from office. I think he had to allow them to commit the crime.

Hard to say. During Trump's speech he said it told Mike "it takes courage to do nothing" but that might be thinking too deep.
One thing that stuck out to me about the President's speech Wednesday was that twice he said that it would take courage to do the right thing but it would take more courage to not do anything. At first I thought maybe he misspoke but then he said it again. If the goal was to truly drain the swamp then doing nothing would take a lot of courage if everything that could potentially happen in the coming weeks come into fruition. It would be the biggest event in American History after 1776 revolution.
Add on to that the statement from the previous day where he said he and Pence were on the same page on what would happen the following day.
That line was funny and Thats the way I'm looking into it. I hope to God we are correct.
I hope this is the case. The more good guys, the better. The only one I trust though is The President himself and I will decide who else I trust after the smoke clears,

Imagine a foreign adversary has their finger on the button, waiting for some sign that things in the USA are too far gone for them so they can launch an attack.
Maybe this appearance of weak, defeated Trump is to give foreign adversaries some hope that they aren't about to get BTFO so they don't use whatever Samson option they may have.

I had trusted Pence. I cried like a teenage girl in a breakup when I heard the news.
I think Pence just didn't want to be the decider. It's hard to imagine that he's the VP and doesn't know that Trump is plotting something. The Pence rejecting the electoral votes thing didn't arise until recently. Pence probably felt a huge burden was thrown at him last minute and said "nope" and passed it back to Trump. I think Pence knows how this will end, but he wants nothing to do with it.
The European patriots might offer you a bit different version of the Pence story.. It's alleged that Pence was drugged and tricked into sex with minors back in 2016.. Contrary to many others he confessed to Trump who agreed to use him as a double agent working for/with the cabal.

Reason:
Trump was baiting the deep state into a false flag on 1/6.
However Trump knew what the plan was (the rush on the capitol where antifa types were simply "let in.""
So Trump stalled his speech. Started it an hour late, (late even for Trump) and if you watched the speech, it was clear he was stalling like crazy. Even he himself said something along the lines if "I know its miserable out here and cold" but he just kept rambling... buying time.
This served two purposes. 1. To create physical distance between his real supporters, and the antifa types. His supporters stayed to hear him (at the Ellipses) while antifa staged front row at the capitol... this made it all the more easier to differentiate them after the event.
So, Trump is stalling thousand of supporters at the Ellipses but Pence and the Deep State need Trump bodies around the Capitol for the false flag to appear believable....
So what do they do?
Pence releases the letter during Trump's speech. A bizarre move. But not bizarre if you realize that the letter appeared and started to sheer the crowd away from Trumps speech and bring them to the Capitol because they were pissed. There was literally no reason to release that letter at that time except to ripe people up and create the illusion of chaos around the capitol building.
If Pence was in on it I dont think any of this would be necessary. He could have just counted the electors fir Biden and called it a day. But he was in on the attempt to sabotage trumps supporters as well.
