I believe biden definitely has a double and there has been articles written about it in the past. One of them showed pictures of how his wife clings to the real biden while she is more distanced from the double. And when you compare side by side pictures of the two, you can clearly see the differences. So I'm thinking it is just a double playing his part.

Yeah when my Grandma developed dementia it was hard being around her long after she had forgotten my name. When she died it felt to me like she had already been dead for some time, it just took her body a long time to catch up with her mind that had already left.
