Masks have been debunked SEVERAL times. If everyone wore and N95 and never adjusted it? OK that could help, but everyone is wearing cloth masks and always touching them. Cloth masks are proven to not stop the spread, the only thing they help is to breathe in some of your CO2 which is unhealthy in and of itself, and touching your mask then touching anything else increases transmission. Want proof? Put on a cloth mask and go outside when it is 20 degrees and see how much you can still see your breath, provided humidity is right and you see your breath without the mask on. What you see would be carrying COVID if you had it.
People need to be coughing into the inside of their elbow and washing their hands. If the government mandated the dissemination of that advice, that would be in line with seatbelts and helmets, but the masks are nothing but a sinister ruse to hide our faces and a reminder make everyone afraid of everyone else, thus aiding the devolution of society and exchange of ideas in person.
We never had this mask nonsense for the flu and the number of deaths in 2019 was slightly more than in 2020. Please explain that one to me if COVID is as serious as the MSM plays it up to be.
Besides the valid concerns over the perverse financial incentives and dishonest reporting of China virus cases, laws such as seat belts and helmets could technically qualify as infringing. The main concern, to my knowledge, would be plugging up health or medical resources, but that shouldn't be a public problem unless you're forcing everyone to pay for everyone else's medical care.
Then there are the "rules for the and not for me" issues going on about masks, concerns about their efficacy... The degree is also a concern. A car crash is a much bigger deal than what is basically the flu.
i don't think "rules for the and not for me" is solely a masks issue, rich and powerful people are basically exempt from all other laws too.
well its proven that masks do help, but even if some credible scientists tomorrow came out and said 'sorry guys, masks don't help as much as we thought', that wouldn't really be that much of a deal for me - science is all about learning and making progress, so you you will be proven wrong sometimes. And i haven't really lost anything by wearing a mask.

you will see that there is a signing date, and a publication date, which is several days after the signing.
