The bottom of the window to the floor distance is not something you can change. In the picture of Biden and Trump in the oval office they are the same height. They are clearly higher in the American President set. I am no doomer at all - but this one theory doesn't seem to be panning out.

Biden as the President gets to chose what carpet, drapes, desk, chairs, sofas, tables and pictures that he wants from that which is in storage. I've looked at some high res photos from Trump signing and compared them to Biden's and the wood grain pattern is identical on the trim. Also matched up other unique wood grain patterns on the top. Any woodworker with an eye for detail will tell you the same.
