I read something on gab back in Jan. or Dec. that the SCOTUS would be used as a guise fir the tribunals. I dont believe the SCOTUS was ever supposed to hear the fraud cases and they were never really to be involved. This is foreign interference and treason. They may have needed to wait until the illegitimate government was put in place before acting. It is also possible that some of the justices knew right after the election.
