So basically, tomorrow the Supreme Court will discuss many election lawsuits, I believe at least 5 or 6.. The secretary of state in Pennsylvania resigned 2 weeks ago for supposedly an unknown reason.
These cases are still in the docket, and the SCOTUS has the power to remedy this either by decertification, sending it back to the state legislature... If Trump requests access to the machines/ballots, then SCOTUS may grant it to conduct an audit.
In DC there are thousands of NG stationed to prevent deep state fuckery in the SCOTUS not to intimidate them. There were 2 bomb threats already called there. Joe and Kamala already submitted a waiver not to respond to their lawsuit.
The silence is deafening. Nobody is discussing it. Trump is throwing little hints about it but nothing more. If SCOTUS takes the case (THEY WILL) this will be a massive constitutional crisis like we've never seen before.

No. 26:
-We've gone through the election itself - massive fraud perpetrated.
-We've gone through numerous lower level court challenges - cases thrown out on technicalities without ever reviewing the merits.
-We've gone through the electoral college - fraudulent electoral votes certified.
-We've gone through the inauguration - illegitimate president sworn in.
-Now we're at the final step in the process - SCOTUS. Will they actually consider the cases?

Once all heretofore fully lawful and legal remedies have been exhausted, when we are shown the corruption and degradation of integrity in every institution that would normally correct the abomination that is the 2020 election, only then will we see that the military is the only way.
Agreed. I've been saying this for months. SCOTUS has jurisdiction over the matter. The unlawful elections are matters of constitutional violations, and thus can only remedied by the judiciary. Fact is, SCOTUS has yet to hear the actual cases. They balked on the TX case because of legitimate unsettled views of constitutional interpretation (I agree with Alito and Thomas, but respect the argument held by ACB, Gorsuch and Kavanaugh because the Constitution is somewhat ambiguous on the direct issue). But they didn't rule on merit. All three of the Trump appointees actually spoke on the issues in other rulings, Gorsuch in particular, regarding the rona not being a good enough reason to ignore or violate the Constitution. It's quite possible that they won't grant motion to hear the cases, in which case then yes, all legal remedies will have been exhausted and the military is the only option left. BUT if they do package all of these cases into one big case given the similar issues in question, they could absolutely rule the elections invalid, or the nullify the results and award Trump the victory so long as there is clear evidence of the accurate count of legal votes. And that's where the military would still be essential, in keeping with Q drops, because the Court doesn't have any any enforcement power. But the military does, and they will be tasked with restored the lawful winner and keeping the inevitable violence from the left that will happen when their heads explode that Trump will be POTUS.

Where are conservatives going to get 4 votes in order to hear any of the cases? Not from the 3 liberal judges, not from Roberts, not from Trumps 3 appointees. That leaves Alito and Thomas, just like TX v MI.
On the other hand, it is possible that the 3 Trump appointees previously abstained 'because optics' and, with the Dems dragging the country into communism, will change their minds now and at least vote to hear the case. Won't be holding my breath

I may be wrong but when the cases were not heard months ago, SCOTUS simply didn't "expedite" them as requested. But, I don't think anything major will happen tomorrow. I think they may scan over the cases and decide whether or not they will be heard. If they decide to hear the cases (oral presentations) then that will come later. BUT, I may be wrong, so if someone knows for sure your input would be appreciated.

I Feel like they would rather have 80 million disgruntled Trump supporters, than upset the deep state cabal, the democrats, the media, the tech giants. They don't care about us being cheated out of this election, and they certainly don't care what happens to Trump.
