I find it curious that of Trump's 3 nominees to SCOTUS, Gorsuch, Kavanaugh and Barrett, only his 1st nominee, Gorsuch, dissented. As we have seen ourselves, these 3 are by no means bad Justices.
Meanwhile, Thomas and Alito, being the 2 principled men that they are, would always vote to hear out the election fraud. Opposing them are 4 highly compromised or ideologically-driven justices, Roberts, Breyer, Sotomayor, and Kagan, who will always vote against Trump no matter what.
A minimum of 4 Justices were needed to hear the case. One would expect that, which the players Trump has on SCOTUS, we would have easily had the support of 5 Justices, but no, we get only 3. Did Trump choose badly? No, why would he screw up a unique, life-long and nation-critical nomination against himself 3 times?
What I see is that Trump has somehow had Gorsuch dissent to show those of us wavering in faith that he didn't pick his 3 Justices wrongly at all, but that he must lose here in order to proceed in timely fashion to the next step. Perhaps had they allowed this to be heard by SCOTUS, the process would be delayed until the end of proceedings, which could very well drag out into the Fall, or an outcome unfavorable to Trump's team would emerge. What do you guys think?
The military is the only way. As such, SCOTUS defeats are a necessary last step.
I agree. I knew they'd say it's moot and I think Roberts wants all of this to go away as fast as possible. He's fucked. Lin Woods got his number
Military coup an tribunals by the hundreds or GTFO
I was considering something along this line as well. The whole optics thing keeps ringing in my head even though I hate that it’s a thing.
They needed control of the Executive branch to perform some tasks. E.g. declass
They are working to prevent a civil war. They need to red pill more of the population. I did not know how corrupt the Bush family is. I did not know just how evil the DS is at that time. I started paying attention after Trump became president. I did not care for him. The other reason is so we can transition the economy away from the Fed without everyone losing all their wealth. Hope that helps.
Well, they granted Amicus Curiae, how does that fit into the theory? Seems like it drags out the timeline and doesn't support the notion that all is lost. No clue.

... hoping on military now
All I know is that military justice is coming soon.

the only thing I can think of is if it adds to the idea the SC is incapable of being trustworthy and Military is necessary. How do we get the public to trust the Military over everyone else?
When people learn of Roberts past and how he's compromised, those optics won't matter.
As pissed as I am right now, I have to agree with you. Trump knows his enemies. They, obviously, don't know him at all.
Totally agree. Trump is losing on the outside but he is actually winning in our hearts
Only a matter of time before people rise up and overthrow the government
Glad they threw them all out. The challenges in the swing states are all that are left. I hope they end soon or are ignored so the military can announce they're in charge.
Well the pig that is the current political situation has been beggared in every disgusting imaginable way and is clearly on its last gasps for any breath and sustenance... Let's hope that lipstick does it.
I'm praying you're right. I know that there's a lot more at stake than our way of life, but I would think with SCOTUS's failure, Patriots would be readying themselves to take back our stolen country. All three branches of government are infiltrated by domestic and foreign entities. If the military is to protect the citizenry, if they have the NSA has the evidence of fraud and knows all, then it's time for the military to come out of the shadows. Otherwise, I feel as if the patriots are being held in check by the movement of date lines. Why else is datefagging so frowned upon at GA? Everyone's uncomfortable, not with each date, but with each and every move the left makes that takes us further and further down the road to a point of no return where we are all complacent and refuse to fight because it has gone so far.
