I've always considered "no outside comms" to mean, no posts claiming to be Q will come from any source other than 8kun(chan). IMO, it doesn't mean that part of The Plan won't use other elements of media to communicate (per OP) operational plans, coded messages (think Twitter), white noise, misinformation, and disinformation as needed to support the information operation. George could be part of The Plan.
Funny, I've wondered for a while who is documenting this for history and future generations about how President Trump and the military led the world to rid us of these satanic pos running the world. I've thought, POTUS must be followed around by someone documenting everything but I don't know who it is, maybe it is members of the military, that would make sense.
Is there advertising associated with George? If so, I believe THAT is what it is about. We live in a great country where you can make a fortune off of great products, not-so-great-products that get hyped enough, and just hype based on a known demographic's interest, be it a product, or news. If 10s of millions of people "follow" some entity because they believe that entity has their interests in mind, that's a guaranteed money maker. (again, this theory only applies to "George", if there is advertising; I don't know anything about it)
If there is a grand plan, a new source of news that we can find reliable is essential. There is a huge void left by not being able to trust the media. So, I like it. We will see.

Don't be sheepish about accepting credit for formating "making the case." That's what formatting is meant to do! Laying information out in a clear, logical matter makes that information more powerful. Now, hypothetically, should a newbie ask for a "George Theory" anyone responding can just link to your post. Saves time, keeps the information flowing, gets more Patriots on board.

Is there record of JFKJr's vow to avenge his father? Or is that rumor? I never heard it until recently. If he stated that publicly it would seem quite a bold case against the "accepted" Oswald narrative, and I never heard about it. What about Caroline, has she ever said anything like that?

Less reasons for the members old team to be in the same secure room as POTUS.
This makes the old comms harder to achieve.

If GEORGE establishes that they can be trusted (they technically have not done this, yet) then perhaps we could look to GEORGE for GEORGE comms.
However, we can never look to GEORGE for Q comms.
The same goes for trusted actors like Pompeo. His comms are his comms, and perhaps he references Q in those comms, but his comms are never Q comms.
