I post from the hospital. Last night, I had a heart attack. In order for me to be admitted for further help, I was forced swabbed up the nose. This scared me more than the heart attack; fyi I'm not old, no high cholesterol or fat, no reason they can identify for the heart attack. But back to the nose swab... please someone offer me words of comfort here I really feel so scared about THAT alone

Praying for you. My husband and I bith had to have the swab last summer prior to medical procedures. We are both ok. Praying for you. Asking God to bring you comfort, peace of mind and full healing.

A close family member of mine had that same test done and she is fine. Whats done is done now and lord God will protect you if you ask him to. Trump had the swab a few times too. Its okay ❤️ Don’t make a habit of it.

Did they put you on their shitty low sodium diet ?? The stupid kitchen staff at my hospital thought that low sodium meant NO sodium. I complained every meal. Then one of the nice nurses told me that they always have jello, pudding , apple sauce, graham crackers and pop (I'm from the north) :) I would from then on never bother with the shit from dietary. I'd get 2 pkg of graham crackers and two cups of peanut butter. 2 cups of applesauce and have a feast.

I forgot to mention yogurt. They had that and cereal and milk too. After a couple of days of you not placing an order with dietary, your Doctor will flip out . Then you can tell them to let you have some salt in your food, your meal is all you have to look forward to and your morale is slipping because of the total lack of flavor in your food . I got put on a regular diet, no salt packets on the tray but at least the food had flavor. Hope it works for you.
I might avoid hospital milk though. If it isn't organic you do NOT want to know what is in it. Seriously gross.
Id stick with the least processed most natural foods. But thats just me.
Oh yeah , have a special bag for hospital trips with Mc Donald salt packets concealed some where. A few years later I was hospitalized twice for something different and because my chart said "Heart Patient " I automatically got put on the "shit food" list. Haha. I had salt.
Yes, I know I'm usually sweet as pie, but they kept trying to make me lay flat and I felt like I was suffocating / drowning and they told me I was combative and using terrible words. I really don't remember, but now I know I can plead ignorance and kick up a storm if there is a next time lol . Guess I was pretty scary.

You know, I should tell you the first undiagnosed heart attack I had was 5 years ago. I feel I was targeted. I had some really weird things happen to me. It happened after I spent 6 years creating and posting memes of Obama and Killary with blood on their hands; it was then when Obama created his new"cyber security force" ::1st trolls:: to combat us who spoke out against him. Everything changed bigtime and censorship began. I spoke out on Extortion 17, Benghazi, Agenda 21 and every false flag operation making memes, etc exposing them as Obama was pushing the UN gun grab, etc. Agenda 21 30 now aka their great reset. I made lots and lots of memes before Q was a thing. I think my heart was weakened from that. I had fallen out of the loop of things then. Thanks for asking

Do you know what the Shumann Resonance is? It is the frequency of the earth. Usually it is around 7.83 mhz, but it can go up or down. We are all affected by this frequency, which is why it is so relaxing to walk barefoot in the sand or spen time in nature. That is when we connect with the earth.
Lately, there have been lots of crazy spikes in this frequency. When spikes happen, people can get heart palpitations. I've had them several times when there were spikes. The first time I thought I was having a heart attack. Scary. Luckily my friend has had the same thing happen and explained it to me. Since then we have noticed that we both get them at the same time, when there are big spikes in the planet's energy. So I don't worry about it anymore

Easier said than done, I know. I stressed myself into almost having a total meltdown before I learned about q/Trump/the plan. But now, as I watch all the crazy things going on all over the world right now, and I see Trump leave the CPAC conference yesterday in a HUGE motorcade (former presidents only get two escort cars in front and two behind), I know that the military recognize him as our rightful President, and that the plan is in action right now and soon it will all be revealed.
So instead of worrying about anything, focus on things that make you feel happy and relaxed. Listen to music. Play with your animals if you have them. Hug somebody. If you have Spotify try some of the Solfeggio healing tones. Or any 432hz music is also energetically healing.
ANything that helps you relax. But it will be FINE!! You will be fine. Keep telling yourself that. We have more power to manifest our reality than we realize.

Sending prayers and comfort. If it's close to 24 hours after they swabbed you and you and you don't feel any effects of anything you are fine. Not every swab is contaminated. You have good DNA to start with may I suggest breathing exercises with meditation and yoga? Rest for now because you are going to be fine.

I think our society has overreacted to this virus. I think a vaccine is unnecessary and a waste of our time and resources. But I sincerely, from the bottom of my heart don’t think there is anything nefarious about the swab. At least not from a physical perspective (are they keeping data? I have no idea). My kids have gone for flu tests p and strep tests, and this swab is just another one of those - I really think that. Please don’t panic about it. Please do rest that heart of yours.
They don't need to swab you to have your data. Blood tests are commonplace.

It's gross, but you are probably safer from that than the known heart attack! I pray that it was just a twitch. Remember, if they can get a positive test it is worth extra $ in some cases. That doesn't mean they are trying to infect you. People get sicker in hospitals because they are full of sick people and their possibly sick relatives, so the one blessing about the current isolation is it cuts down your exposure to others.

Praise God! I buy a high dose potassium because most over the counter come in 99mg. If you have kidney disease, potassium can make it worse so please know that. Did they mention anything about decreased kidney function? Your doctor will know these things.
