Thanks for the list of places that won't see my money!
No problem! I think Target is a lost cause, but I am still hoping Aldi will come around with enough push back. They're not as big, they might still have something to lose. That's why I'm asking that everybody write to them and express their displeasure. Sometimes that makes a difference.
Another friend told me corporate office told her personally, since she’s an essential worker, she shouldn’t be going out to dinner, traveling, or socializing. Crazy thing is, her family member lives right over the state line. Both live in towns separated by an imaginary Covid line of demarcation! Clown world...
It's a super wierd virus it only AZ ttacks at certain times and places and understands borders.
Anyone see that video of a lady in the Starbucks drive through being asked to wear a mask? The employee was insisting on giving her a mask....as opposed to just handing over her order and everyone going about their day.
I believe it. Starbucks is horrible.
Texans, the rest of us for that matter, know who to boycott then.
I have every intention of boycotting these places however, HEB is the only grocery store around here so this is incredibly disappointing.
Once they joined in boycotting My Pillow I stopped shopping there. This is the nail in the coffin. See ya HEB.
What grocery store do you shop at now. HEB is the only grocery store in my area.....that and fucking Walmart. No Kroger anywhere near and I hear Aldi is requiring masks as well.
Went to Kroger’s and then I find out they are part of this mask shit. All of them are. I don’t think Walmart is part of this. You know they don’t care. Emailed HEB. No response.
Been a customer all my life and I’m 63. Sucks
Well they're not broke yet. But give it time!
lul
This is retarded. Abbott didn't ban masks he just isn't making them mandatory.
You can still double mask while hiding in your basement if you want.
That's the point though. They don't want personal responsibility. You have to keep them safe.
Here is the list of 13 to save a click Target, Starbucks, Macys, Toyota, Hyatt, CVS, Walgreens, AMC, GM, Alamo Drafthouse, Aldi, H-E-B/Central Market, Kroger
After the hit movie theaters took on this whole pandemic thing, I was surprised to see AMC on this list.
And in that case, would anyone be surprised?
Biggest shareholder is Dalian group, and last I checked, was 41 or 42% Chinese ownership overall.
Like 20% is owned by hedge funds with short positions.
Not really surprising... PRC has a narrative to maintain, and hedgies need the stock to tank.
China owns em
yeah but after being shut down this long and not bankrupt, they must be getting their air supply from somewhere
I am SO disappointed in Aldi. I wrote to them through their corporate US website to let them know if they try that crap in Ohio when our mask mandate ends, they will lose customers. I gave up on Target a long time ago and refuse to drink the piss they serve at Starbucks, but I am SO mad at Aldi right now. Please write them and let them know what a bad decision they're making, whether you live in TX or MS or not. Thank you. www.aldi.us - hit the corporate link and then the Contact Us link.
A friend of mine told me her company won’t send employees to Houston for a training. Shamed the ones who wanted to go. Our state still has mandates...but not for long I suspect.
I had heard that part of the waiting is to get the governors to open the states so that there is no logical reason to close them down again because of covid when things start to get revealed.
What good will that do if all these corporations will keep us locked down anyways? Who's giving them the marching orders for that? Is it the same people who had these company pander to BLM?
That's a very good possibility. I wouldn't doubt it.
Get woke, go broke. Y'all know what to do, anons.
This will continue until a sufficient number of people refuse to comply. Will likely take at least 50% of the shoppers refusing to wear masks for the stores to quit this nonsense (can't police them all and significant drop in sales), but I'm not sure that will happen because people will rationalize that if they have to wear a mask to buy food, they'll wear a mask. AMC, on the other hand, may find themselves out of business.
Saw this POS article.. OUR Role is ..DEFIANCE, Vote with Wallet, & Dissemination- The Answer is Clear? 1775 ....Colonies DID the same with British ????
I know where I won't be shopping.
Just saying, in MO we have never had a state wide mask mandate and I’ve been into Target, CVS and Walgreens and never worn a mask ??♀️
Well that's interesting - I wonder why the difference? Maybe because you never had a mandate? Thank you for sharing that, I had no idea.
Didn't Alamo Drafthouse just declare Chapter 11? Are they trying to put the final nail in their coffin.

BTW... Next Wednesday us Texans need to start a list of all companies who are NOT cucked and requiring masks.
Lol, I am from Texarkana, I should call my cousin and see how the Arkansas side is dealing with the Texas side, I bet there's some good stories there.
Good. They can see everyone else thrive while they become Liberal Sanctuary businesses.
Well I think it’s time to boycott these motherfuckers!
I'm still hoping Aldi can be brought back from the ledge if enough people start writing them. The other companies are too big to care.
Yes, I agree. I emailed both HEB and Kohl’s. No response. No surprise.
Kohl's pissed me off when they removed the MyPillow line from their stores. I'm not sure there's any hope there.
Agree
I was never a fan of Target. They won’t get any mo yes from me.
How disgusting of them.
That’s funny. In NC and SC these companies don’t force you to wear masks.
