I think what we are seeing is that the majority of our government, Executive, Legislative, Judiciary and Law Enforcement, and, apparently, the Military (yes, the Military as well. They are allowing the bad guys free reign to run amok) are all corrupt. They have shown it and are continuing to show it. They are being blatant about it now to make sure we understand they can do what they want.

The worst case scenario would have been SCOTUS ruling against PDJT on the merits of the evidence. If they had done that a substantial amount of people would consider the matter settled. What percentage of the population believes whatever the SCOTUS says? A negative ruling on the merits would complicate any action that might come later.
I think they've been ordered to "stand down", because with this country presently being under military rule, these cases will be/are being handled by military tribunal. (and, understandably, cannot yet state that as the reason)

I read in an article that Justice Thomas, having had to fend off for himself his whole life is not impressed with all of what being part of the establishment promises. So, he has principles and sticks to them, having made it all by himself to where he is. On the other hand, ACB has children, needs to be part of the establishment if she wants them to follow in her steps. Taking risks for herself means taking risks for them, as regards to their future. I am questioning the idea of SCOTUS hearing Or deciding on Election Fraud. If they examined the evidence they would certainly have to rule in TRUMPS favor, giving the DEMS more reason to pack the Court at their first opportunity and nothing would deter them from packing it with 6, 8 or more young, severely, socialist minded judges who would be on the Court for life. I bet then they would drop the limit they want on how long a Justice could serve. And it would take forever to have cases heard as they will have to get a majority of 15, 17Justices. It takes forever to get a decision from 9! That would open the door to never having to worry about what kind of laws they pass as nothing they say would ever be UNconstitutional! Because if the SCOTUS ever did rule it would be in DEMS favor. How the hell do we get out of this rabbit hole before our Country is Venezuela? This is why I pray every night!
