Unfortunately I think it is actually a reflection. It appears to be a reflection off of something on the marine's white hat. If you stop and blow it up around 2:13 and then around 2:30 again after the marine disappears you can see it disappeared not only under the 'O' but also under the 'T' and a bit under the 'S'.
It is too coincidental all of these marks disappear just after the marine closes the door and his big white, reflecting blob is gone. I can't comment on how likely this type of a reflection is under the lighting conditions available, but if it was meant to be intentional they shouldn't have removed all of the other reflections at exactly the same moment.

So someone in the background standing 100 feet from the helicopter, caused a reflection on the helicopter to turn an O into a Q, and the reflection looks exactly like the paint used on all the other letters, and this person caused no other such reflection.. just the one that makes an O look like a Q?
Where? I have an image of the plane Before and After the "Q" and am looking at them side by side. I see no changes to any of the lettering besides the Q turning into an O. Give me timestamps and specifics and particulars.

There are buildings reflecting off the chopper. Its likely sunlight brightly reflecting off one of the windows. The tail of the Q is a slightly different color than the O and is square/rectangular in shape.

The tail of the Q is solid white exactly like the lettering of every other letter. Moreover, the Q "reflection" stays there solidly throughout the entire video even while the camera zooms in, yet completely disappears later when the camera zooms out- despite the camera having never changed positions. If it was just a reflection, why was it there one second and gone the next?
For the record, I never would have noticed this (not that perceptive or willing to watch Biden videos) but another poster did. So props to that guy. I guess the next step is to look at jets (what type of jet is this?) and see if that "Q" of an "O" is normal. Anyone know what type of jet this is?

There's way too little to go on from a single shot like this and way too many assumptions have been overturned from additional proofs on a particular item/subject in the last 4 years of Q being the focus. People tend to get over excited on way too little without examining thoroughly.

The callsign AF1 goes with whichever aircraft a President is on, it could be a gulfstream or one of the presidential flights 747 it's the person on board that then designates which callsign it uses. In this case of a rotary Marine aircraft it's known as "Marine 1". If only the VP was on board then "Marine 2" or one of the fixed wing fleet it would be "AF2" callsign for the VP.
So far I've seen plenty of flights with China Joe onboard, all given a N/A callsign on the exchange, although to talk to air-traffic I'm assuming the correct callsigns, I've just never heard them.
