The term militia seems to have been put to rest, buried, and replaced with a National Guard, rendering the former term irrelevant today. So by this interpretation, if you haven't joined the National Guard you have no right to any weapon and must turn them in immediately, and sit and wait at home for Biden/Harris to "call out the militia" should she ever deem to do so. Biden/Harris is the Commander in Chief of all weapons that may be in possession of any "militia." Thanks to various court cases, the Second Amendment has been entirely gutted, and all means of resistance to a usurping government have been long ago neutralized. Is this America?
