I have not worn a mask anywhere since the inception of this con a year ago. Twice to get my haircut and once to get required annual physical. I simply ignore anyone who gives me crap about it. That actually infuriates them even more. I have been thrown out of few stores here and there but the standard medical condition with HIPPA violations usually works no matter what store. I am literally the only person in the state of Vermont that refuses to conform it seems. Just got shamed at the post office by a cucked Karen who actually resorted to physical threats against me. probably because I ignored her whining ass. People we need to unify once and for all against this BS. Until we band together this nonsense is never going to end. Back breathing CO2 and bacteria is 100 times worse long term than catching covid will ever be. The thing that shocks me the most about all of this is the millions of LAWYERS in this country that have done nothing to bring ONE single case against the schools, business', states or federal government to make mask mandates UNCONSTITUTIONAL. Is there any lawyer out there with any balls in this country. If not, and you are a lawyer, can any of you please tell me what I PERSONALLY can do myself to file a suit against a school, business, state or Federal Government to fight for my rights and the rights of my family. Just give me the blueprint, or course of action I need to begin and I will take it from here. I am done and refuse to live this way anymore and I intend to start this ball rolling myself legally if need be. Thank You in advance.

I’m a woman in San Diego.. i’ve posted on this site many times about the communistic masks. I have never worn a mask since I started here back in March except once because they wouldn’t allow me to board the plane, I actually bought a trump mask knowing that I probably wouldn’t get on the plane without it ...other than that I’ve never worn a mask. I have however worn a medical exempt badge on a lanyard around my neck with the Hipaa laws and codes and fines documented..shamelessly I’ve even had to pretend I couldn’t speak when I go into the real Nazi mask places San Diego, I simply point to my mask and mouth the words medical . is very very hard here to go maskless..like you i’m the only one I’ve seen in San Diego without one ,tragic very very sad, little children in the park where I live , people running, hiking, driving ...all with a Mask some with two and a face shield disgusting. I do understand the whole incognito desire, but you can do that with a scarf anytime this being forced to wear one is a disgrace.
Where does one get a medical exempt badge to wear on a lanyard? Can this be faked somewhere?

I can’t seem to figure out how to send you the link so you can get the badge that I wear ..I made it with a little California seal but all I did was copy it off the Internet cut the circle out pasted it on there and then re-copied it you could do the same thing with your state or use the California nobody really knows it’s so tiny go in or you able to go and see my old post to find the one that was posted that had 33 comments and then in the comments you’ll see were somebody uploaded it as I said before try to find it and let me know
This is SO helpful.. Thank you so much for taking the time. I want to get my parents hooked up so that they have some sense of normalcy when they leave the house. I worry about them bucking the system. They don't want trouble...just the freedom to wear a mask, or not.
I’m going to ask the fren who copied my mask to repost it ..perhaps the headline should be ..Back by popular demand ..then he can post the link for all to download .. I’ll write him and ask him to do it
We don't need no stinking badges
This is America
I don't have to carry papers permitting me to breathe freely
I’ll send you mine or Look into my post you’ll see where I took a picture of mine and then go onto the comments somebody actually download it made it even better and re-posted it in the comments if you can find it if not I’ll see how to send it again I’m not real good with the Internet
Yes, I will do this. Thank you!
Neither my hubby nor I actually wear one at all. I was asking for my parents. They are both in their 70's and live in a very liberal area of Atlanta. They are both conservatives and anti-vaccine and masks. However, they have legit concerns about bucking the mask mandate in their area. Being that they are both elderly, they are not looking for confrontation....as my dad puts it, "I don't want to get shot over not wearing a mask". Sadly, their fear is real.
I’ve gone into several stores either without a mask or with it around my neck and when confronted by a store employee I tell him I have CS. Not one person has asked what that is. If he did, I would either say it’s private medical information or tell them what CS really is. IT’S COMMON SENSE! Only at Costco did I have a problem. I was told medical exemptions don’t exist and I’d have to wear a face shield. I said CS doesn’t allow for a face shield either at which time a supervisor was called in and I quickly finished my transaction and left the store. Not sure if I’ve been cancelled from Costco as the store employee took a picture of my member number from the screen. I really hope CS is contagious.
There are many medical exemptions that exist. Costco is looking to get sued.
But remember, Costco is a private business and can mandate the wearing of pink gloves if they want; ESPECIALLY since they are a 'club' that doesn't allow ordinary members of the public to enter (non-members). So I think Costco will probably survive any lawsuit. Federal and State facilities are another ballgame. For Costco, it may be more effective to organize a 'member drive' and see if you can get other costco members to join in?
Can they claim that "medical exemptions don't exist" though? Especially if medical exemptions are specifically listed as an exemption in the mask mandate?
I believe so, again as a private company. The 'medical exemption' exempts you from having to wear a mask, not guaranteeing you entry to the store. Many stores I've seen have signs to the effect of ... if you feel you can't wear a mask for any reason, we'll be happy to serve you using our online shopping/home delivery service ...
I go to Walmart and have no issue
Costco can bite me
Brother! That is genius!
I ran into a lady without a mask at Wegmans the other day. She said she just says she has a condition. But this method is much better, and funnier!
Remember folks, these people are living in an entirely different reality. Try to keep space at all times, be cool and show respect for everyone at all times, especially when being questioned/interrogated. Eventually, if enough of us do it, the Media's spell will wear off. It takes balls to break the social conditioning, do you have what it takes?
Same here. I haven't worn a face diaper yet and I will never wear one. I've done all the same things I did before this madness befell us, even twice visited a relative in the hospital. The one time I was challenged was by a store employee and I politely told him I wasn't a dog and didn't need a muzzle. I promised not to bite any of the other customers. A few minutes later inside the store a lady walked up to me with her mask in her hand and said, "Thank you." Other than that one incident I haven't had a single problem.
I literally just spent over an hour in wally world without a mask on. My 13 year old kept hers on. But I used the CS line and although a lot of people gave me dirty looks and wanted to Karen me they didn't say a word.
You are brave! I haven't spent an hour in wally world in my life!
That's great. Men need to refuse these masks for the sake of our children and the vulnerable. Also, lying is a sin, and the mask is a lie. When I was asked to wear a mask at walmart I said "no thanks" the other guy said, "it's mandated by the mayor", I said smiling "the mayor can't tell us what to wear", and I just kept walking. I am a 31 year old man and dressed with tie and overcoat, so not sure if that helped. However, a few days later they had 6 foot signs about the mask mandate all over the front of the store, but they left a teenage boy at the front... He really didn't have a chance. I just try to keep a pleasant, confident look because everyone else looks miserable, and the honest people know the mask is a lie.
I have not worn one since the beginning of the scam and I will not do it and no one is going to make me. End of story
Same
I did it! No mask picking up lunch or at donation center. Nobody reacted, just felt normal. I’ve decided no more masking period. I’m opening my office up next month. Discussed my position with the landlords at the business and they accepted my position. Clients on board as well.
You just have to decide, which you did, well done!
A mask is as effective against a virus as a chain link fence is at keeping mosquitoes out of my yard. Prove me wrong. And by the way I work with ultra filtration.
But, for someone with upper respitory issues, I had to turn down an invite to go to a fitness center because here in Colorado, masks rule; I feel like I'm suffocating just walking if wearing a mask-found out my fave pawn shop manager required it, it felt wrong... so, I have my groceries delivered AND get 5% cash back.. One plus though-since Aug 24th 2020 I have filled up my car just once!!
I have not covered my face with anything, not even once to appease a store. I go where im known and they dont mess with me.
Heading to the store now and planning on NOT wearing a mask again today. I am over it, I have to do it at work and take it off whenever possible but need my job.
Go to FakeMask site, they make breathable transparent or stealth masks, in the USA.
Find somewhere desperate for workers. ;)
Every lawyer in the US knows that a lawsuit would be pointless. The courts are corrupt. Period.
100% we need to band together and start removing our masks en masse in establishments. I'm in West Hollywood, as behind enemy lines as you can get, and there's literally banners lining Santa Monica blvd that say "COVER THAT FACE". I'd say 95-99% of the people around here are still wearing masks OUTSIDE. I've yet to put one on outside and never will. I've also yet to be sick, get tested, get covid, social distance, quarantine etc etc etc. The only thing I've changed is maybe washing my hands a little more often.
Good job. Though you might have had Covid, like most who do you wouldn't know it due to feeling great because it is so weak.
I understand your frustration. We've got a number of forces working against us. First and foremost is the balancing act required by businesses. If they start letting the anti-maskers (aka "Pro-Truthers) into their stores, they run the risk of scaring off the fearful, which still vastly outnumber us. Regardless of the unlawful state mandates (aka "recommendations), not "laws", it's wholly a FINANCIAL decision on their part.
I was approached by the owner of our local gun store about 6 months ago and, while totally in agreement with our position, he informed me that the "state authorities" visited his business 2-3 times a week knowing many gun owners were not keen on these unlawful mask "recommendations". Anyway, he let me know that they would close his business down if he allowed people to not wear masks, thus destroying his business and livelihood. He literally has no choice. Tough to argue against that.
I've also heard, but cannot confirm, that many practicing attorneys have been subtly "encouraged" to not take on cases of this sort. More than anything else, they've been told they aren't going to win them so don't bother.
There are a number of encouraging large-scale cases underway at the moment, questioning the constitutionality and/or attacking the bogus, rubbish, non-existent science (aka mainstream "scientism") allegedly "supporting" the need for the masks. As you can imagine, they're uber-slow moving, and likely by the time a decision is ever reached, this will all be over. The most encouraging I've found is being tried in Ohio by Thomas Renz. Granted, this isn't a personal case like you're asking about (individual vs. business).
You should check out Pam Popper on Bitchute or YTube, as she's been on point with supporting these cases and rallying support for at least 6 months now. She also runs a website for people to get involved at the local level with the larger effort of eliminating this nonsense. Her website is "Make America Free Again" -> https://makeamericansfreeagain.com/
Another guy I've loved listening to is John Jay (sp?) who is not an attorney, but sure knows his way around all the legalese and rules/codes/acts/statutes out there. He runs a Bitchute channel called "Singletonpress" -- all one word. It's not very popular, but I think it should be. He's put up a dozen videos that are worth the listen IMHO - a good education on all of this. This guy is 100% on point. He helps people out with all kinds of legal nonsense; i.e. taxes, business operations, etc. and appears to be very successful.
Regarding your current frustration, on the personal front, John has made three very interesting and important observations about all of this.
First, that most businesses are what's known in legalese as "Places of public accommodation". In short, this means they cannot discriminate or restrict entry to members of the public for arbitrary reasons, like age, gender, ethnicity, religion, etc. He rightly argues that "medical conditions" fall into this category. In other words, these business can't prevent someone with say AIDS, cancer, diabetes, flu, colds or whatever from entering. Thus, if an individual can't or doesn't want to wear a mask, they can't "legally" deny entry.
Second, he's drilled into the notion of "Duty of Care" business requirements. For example, if somebody breaks a case of coke bottles in the aisle, then the store would have a "Duty of Care" to cordon off that area and clean up the mess preventing customers from slipping and falling. However, businesses are not responsible for notifying or informing their customers of a well-known risk that everybody is aware of. For example, say there were forest fires raging in the area, or earthquakes, hurricanes, tornadoes, etc. In other words, it's not the duty of the business to protect you from these widely known things. Covfefe-1984 sure fits the bill here.
And thirdly, he rightly suggests that these businesses aren't in any way "medical experts" that are capable of assessing, let alone licensed to assess, the myriad of physical, mental and psychological conditions of the populace at large. As such, what is their liability if they force someone to wear a mask to buy essential goods or services, like groceries, without knowing the damage it could possibly cause to that person? A simple example would be, my mother has told me she sometimes feels faint and lightheaded when at the grocery for extended periods of time. What if she faints and falls? Is the grocery going to be liable for this? If not, then who is? If she was forced to wear the mask against her better judgment, who becomes liable?
On this third point, he has suggested asking the store precisely these questions of indemnity and liability to see if they do indeed have insurance to cover such a situation. Of course they don't, which will of course exacerbate the situation and you'll be faced with a no-win situation yet again here unfortunately.
Anyway, I've researched this pretty carefully over the past year. The bottom line is, the state governments have the businesses by the kajones. This is the fundamental problem. It's a no-win situation at present until people and businesses wake up to the trap of "incorporation", which places our "persons", "property" and "businesses" into the maritime jurisdiction of "Legal Fictions". Within it, we're trapped by "public policy" ( legal codes, statutes, acts, ordinances, "mandates", etc.)
However, there's a simple way out. But we don't yet have the "numbers" to make an impact. It's a slog slowly picking up steam however and I'm encouraged by the numbers of people waking up!
Until then, I'm right there with you. There is no good solution. I've happened to find a grocery store that doesn't force masks, so I now shop exclusively with them, even though they don't carry all the stuff I want. It's a small sacrifice but well worth it to support them. When it comes to buying ammo, the last thing I want to do is put a loyal patriot out of business, so I make the exception for him. And on the rare occasion these days when I go out to eat at a restaurant, I do the ludicrous "masked-walk-to-the-table" so as not to upset the group I'm with.
The bottom line is, I'd recommend doing your level best to find ways to dance around this nonsense as best you can. Most grocery stores in my area have online ordering, and most businesses have curbside pickup as well. I take full advantage of these options as I know I can't win the "mask battle" at present as they can accommodate in this way.
There's no doubt we're "in the right" on this. Unfortunately, being "right" doesn't add up to much these days in this dystopian inverted reality that's slowly breaking down. As such, we've just got to suck it up, stand our ground when appropriate, and when the opportunity arises, speak our truth so more and more will wake up from they insanity currently underway.
I'd highly recommend you join up with Pam's group, get involved on her teleconferences, hook up with local like-minded people, and help educate those in your area as best you can. It's a rewarding and necessary endeavor IMHO.
I hope you find this helpful and I wish you luck in navigating through this nonsense in as much ease and grace as possible for the time being.
Good luck!!!
Don’t work so good fighting by yourself lol
ftc, I haven't worn one either. Just think if a ton of people walked into stores w/out masks. Betcha they'd be fine. I'm 63 and told WalMart workers that I can't wear a mask and walked right on in. Now, come on, if this old lady and her 63 yo husband can do it, anyone can. If you live in a place where you absolutely have to wear a mask, but a g-string and wear that. It's just as effective.
I deliver bread, so I've been in multiple grocery stores 5 days a week for this whole thing. Some things I've noticed that don't add up.
Also some hope, at around 6am where I deliver not a single customer was wearing a mask, I even had a lady give me a dirty look for wearing one (now I'm required to while I work) I just thought that was awesome.
I DO.
I’ve been given a hard time at Menards for my 2 year old not wearing a mask. Rude employees refusing to help or speak to me until I put one on him. Made some big purchases there up until then but never went back after that. Same thing at Cedar Point last summer. The most militant employees happened to be the 20 year old females running the damn carousel in kiddie kingdom. Gimme a break. The kid was 2 at the time. It’s absolutely ridiculous and cruel to do that to a child in the heat of summer, OUTSIDE! The YMCA is pushes it on the kids, the libraries and the preschools too. The whole thing makes me sick. The World Health Org even says kids under 5 shouldn’t have to wear one. The only place we haven’t ever had issues not wearing one is going into the grocery stores..
2 year old?! Wow, even in Marxist Massachusetts they don’t make 2 year olds wear them. Here in NH it’s 6+.
I like hiding my face as i scope out the areas. Don't toss out an advantage. Hide who you are from the cams as you fight for America. Get a grip.
I once downvoted a guy for always saying 'Get a grip." He told me to get a grip.
I get no respect at all I tell ya
