Officials have previously said about 14 men were held in Camp 7. There are 40 prisoners at Guantanamo.
I think they may have missed a zero or two in their reporting.
We still have other island prison sites, XPL Honduras is one.

And the south end of Diego Garcia.
There's a large island off the coat of California that the Navy owns. Supposedly it has or had a rendition site. Also training area for spec ops.
