That is just odd. With Richard Citizen telegram posts yesterday and today regarding sandbags all around the grates and nobody knows why. Have to wonder if these 2 occurrences are connected.
It is becoming increasingly clear to me that you CAN fool most of the people, most of the time... Really? Energy Beams...? Energy Pulses...? Shockwaves... SMH. I fear for our Republic more and more not because of our enemies, but because of our own peoples lack of discernment.
Movement only downward would give melting candle effect..it bursts out and moves down rain still goes down..not radiate. And only 2 drops aptly placed in 1 minute...mathematical odds......too great.
The Monument and the lights to the lower right were hit by something. That's a resonating wave of some sort that hit them. Definitely weird. None of the other lights or bldgs in that shit resonated like that, so it would seem to be a directed energy wave of some sort. Auditory in nature, perhaps.
The weird creepy stringy things floating look like the special effects from the old Ten Commandments movie.. When the Angel of Death goes through Egypt during the plagues. ?
Laugh all you want people but something strange here. I have 14 cameras around my house so I can tell you weather rain or not. You must also realize cameras have covers over lens to keep rain and son glare off of them. It is hard for rain to hit lens unless wind is blowing really hard, and by direction of flag on white house it was not blowing towards camera
If youypause video upon the illumination to the right, or slow it down, can see there is actually 4-5 spots that are illuminated at same time, most fade sooner than one in foreground but even way way in distsnce the is illumination..check it out..
Don't have a clue what caused it, but cool effect none the less. Intrigued by the pulse on the monument. Obelisks are prevalent around the earth. I believe there may be something about the shape and energy that go hand in hand.

That is raindrops as they hit the lens (or cover glass), then run off. Usually the cover glass is at least somewhat hydrophobic (e.g. rainx).

Not only does the monument pulse, what looked to be light from one of the lights moved to the right of the light and then to the left of the light.
