I called the ADA and they said that they do not stand behind that card or the red one floating around the web. She said they are aware of them because of all the calls. THEY DONT HAVE OUR BACKS PATRIOTS! I told her she needed to stand for our rights and its unconstitutional that they will not protect us from this tyranny. She told me there was nothing they could do for me...so they wouldn't file or contact Lydles Grocery here in Charleston SC so I called her a commie and hung up! I was pissed!
I was just going to post here that I guarantee the ADA neither condones the use of these cards or will corroborate the information listed on the cards. Sorry Frens, this remains nothing more than an online meme at this point.
Seems to me that a "professional" diagnosis, i.e. and M.D. would make the card valid. Though I agree, we don't need a doctor to say that breathing underwater is bad for us. We just know that.

Personally used it when shopping and the manager allowed me through with no mask. You do not have to say anything if you don't feel comfortable. Just show the card and the management must comply.
If you do not know what to say - turn the card over and state:

I like the idea, but I do this instead to avoid legalities: walk around with my coffee or water bottle the whole time. They can't force me to wear a mask while I drink, so I keep it near / take a sip any time someone comes close by. No one has said a thing, and I live in a blue city. It isn't perfect, but it stops the mask nazis.?

my card has been "i have a medical condition". it's worked in some of the most liberal corners. didn't sport a mask once for example in Nantucket where they're not only liberal coonts but wealthy too so major attitudes of entitlement
i think it's all in the delivery. i look them straight in the eye in a very non confrontational manner and then turn away quickly while they're still thinking of what to say and now they'll have to pull an "excuse me sir but...."
on rare occasions they insist or they try to force me to some shithole corner of the restaurant, at which point i calmly take my business elsewhere.
the entire plandemic with the exception of flying on commercial airplanes I've been fine. even on planes I've got it figured out...bring lots and lots of little non filling snacks!

This includes educating law enforcement if necessary. Some are not enforcing the mask guideline since it is unconstitutional.
The process leads to affidavits to the county public servants in the Department of Health and up the chain. Many of these public servants are new and being paid tremendous amounts of tax payer money to continue to push these face mask requirements across the state(s).
We need to continue to try and educate the public that is controlled by the fear agenda.

So, I had a chance to watch my blood oxygen while in hospital last week. With a mask on, I was at 97%. That's a perfect score. Nobody would feel that difference in oxygen.
Saying this because there are a lot of other arguments (for example: science showing masks don't block the virus) that work way better than saying you can't breathe with a mask on. You absolutely can. We're trying to wake people up, not push them away with fallacies.
I was flat on my back, blood pressure high, and asthma like a rock on my chest. Not sure where that would fit as an answer to your question, but if it's not compelling enough, I would ask if there are any surgeons here who struggle to breathe through their mask while operating.
My point is simply that we need to use strong arguments about this, not just whine about feeling a little winded. It wouldn't hold up from their side. It shouldn't hold up from this one.

So, you don't take claustrophobia into account?? psychological distress is counted among the protected ailments. I am sick of not seeing the entire face when talking to someone-I get a "stand and deliver" message that sometimes Karens and Kens have in their trickle down tyranny schtick.
I can't speak from personal experience but I have read that operating theatres have an oxygen supply for the reason that a slight oxygen deficiency can go unnoticed by the mask wearer but nevertheless can result in mistakes being made.
Frankly, I'm not certain that this is true because it greatly increases the risk of fire or even explosion.
