I never thought I would write this, but I'm envious of your ignorance.

Amazing. Really makes you think. Control food and you control populations. Control energy and you control nations. Henry Kissinger said something like that.

I see. It's not intellect which allows us to understand the world, but an open mind.

I grew up in a country riddled with crime and governmental corruption at every level. I've seen the dark side of humanity, I know what desperate people are capable of doing. Distrusting the government is second nature to me.

Most of my American friends grew up in middle class comfort. They have no reason to distrust what the so-called authorities tells them, because they're not capable of imagining the evil acts power-hungry people are capable of committing.

Americans have enjoyed the most freedom out of any other people in the history of our civilization. Because of that we were also the most productive and prosperous people.

But prosperity without discomfort breeds stagnation and apathy. Americans forgot that freedom is hard-earned and easily lost. America has been a victim of its own success. But it's also the source of the solution.

The United States is the beacon of freedom for the world. America is and always has been an experiment: to determine whether humanity is mature enough to take its destiny into its own hands and choose freedom for itself (like what happens with the boat sequence in the Batman movie with the Joker. People proved the Joker wrong, they held off on exploding the bomb in the other boat even when they had no guarantee the other boat would do the same for them. They chose peace).

We are reaching the conclusion of the American experiment. We had to go through this terrible ordeal to wake up. The evidence suggesting we are indeed ready to advance to the next level of civilization is mounting. Our galactic destiny awaits.

The best is yet to come.

I have faith too. The best we can do is take care of ourselves first then help those we encounter along the way.

Focus on the wonderful world which will emerge from the ruins of this one and keep your vibration high.

God will take care of the rest.

Loose Change began it for me too, back when I was in graduate school half a decade ago.

As a technically minded person, I couldn't look at the footage of the towers collapsing so smoothly and symmetrically without feeling/thinking that such order was impossible without careful planning beforehand.

It's mind blowing how most of us swallowed the established narrative without stopping to ask questions first. Most people really have been dumbed down to levels of intellect akin to those of vegetables.

I then tried to talk about it with my colleagues and was ridiculed for it. But I didn't stop questioning and kept reading and observing.

Then 2020 came and everything clicked. Everything that is happening is driving people into a corner from which the only escape is to sink into deep, unredeemable unconsciousness or face the truth.

I can say that until 2020 began I didn't give two sh!ts about politics because I believed it was all the same circus. I knew there was a controlling minority, but I didn't think it went as deep as it did. I actually trusted the news.

Then the idiot box bobble heads brainwashed everyone into being hypochondriacs in two weeks and woke the F up.

So I agree with your analysis entirely.

The answer to the question "What do you do after enlightenment?"

Respect for being able to wade through the stinky pit of misinformation to give us a fuller picture.

Actually, the lemmings walking off a cliff is a myth!

I feel you man. I find that approaching people one on one is effective, too.

Yes, we are the only species who can CHOOSE their beliefs. That's literally a super power. Yet, instead of choosing our beliefs, most of us accept the beliefs which lead us to indentured servitude and unsatisfaction.

The time to wake up is nigh.

Because craziness sparks our curiosity. Embrace the crazy label! It means you're interesting ;)

Having dropped out of a PhD because I felt like I was being molded into an unthinking, unfeeling drone, I maintain that there are many "schooled idiots" out there. They can jump through hoops when asked, but they can't think their way out of a poop bag.

Education broadens our horizons and expands our creative power.

Schooling indoctrinates us, limits our imagination and teaches us to obey.

That's what I do, too. Every little bit of resistance counts.

I'd never heard of this, either.

This forum has also been a Godsend to me. I may not agree with what everyone writes. But I believe most of us are courageous people who stand up for their rights and those of others.

And that's what we all need to see more of these days.

We are reaching the inflection point. When the number of awakened people reaches a critical mass and exponentially explodes into existence. Slow always comes before fast.

People are so ignorant of what it means to be human. That's why they're able to be manipulated. People aren't aware of how important it is to get sunlight. Or to be with your loved ones. Or to move regularly. Or to get out and be in nature.

They've been domesticated to the point where they've forgotten they're wild animals at heart. Tamed, declawed and pacified as their shackles grow heavier.

Wooooah! Dunno enough to disprove this, but it has the ring of truth to me. Intellectuals always keep each other's company.

That's why I am strict about everything that comes into my sphere of consciousness. No television. No establishment music. No mainstream news. No alcohol or nicotine or hard drugs. Yes to meditation, exercise, journaling, friendships and nature.

Works like a charm to keep the mind controllers out.

Music feeds the soul! I'm with Heckles, don't give it up! Just find the right artists who compose and perform from the heart, free from satanic influence. Like Xavier Rudd, for example.
