michael flynn and sidney powell have both supported Lin... I believe Trump's endorsement of the other candidate was before Lin said he would run. Lin has been posting every single day and keeps ramping up the attacks on his opponent, he alludes that he has dirt that his opponent was working with the communists. I'm not sure when the election is, but I suspect his opponent will be arrested or Trump will endorse Lin before then. Right now Lin is a "crazy Qanon conspiracy theorist" so Trump is keeping distance to let Lin do the dirty talking imo.
