I’m not knocking it. Great resource if true. I say give it a whirl if you have a beef and want to see if you can win a battle in the overall war. Litigation can be time consuming and there is a lot of BS that comes with it that a measly $4K will be tough to cover. Smoke em if you got em, but buyer beware of what you take on in concert with what you can win. I find itsmuch easier and quicker to tell them to go fuck themselves and do what I want and leave if I must.
It would come in handy if you that older lady who got packed out of a bank for. It being able to wear. It would at least help her out. Those of us not stuck with a legal Avenue can take the mask off and say f you.
I spend my time as I choose thank you and I exercise my rights as I see fit in real time. I don’t ask judges for them to be validated first. Businesses can do likewise. Feel free to spend your time and money as you suggest. I totally support that.
I saw my brother die from suffocation (pill od) (ptsd) and smoked cigs for 12years (copd) (quit last june god bless amen) sweet time to pull some entitlement
Does underlying pre existing condition of "healthy" count?
I dont feel that I should be forced to put my health at risk because there is a false assumption that masks do anything positive or that there is asymptomatic transmission
I would have thought it was even more. My understanding was if a business refuses to accommodate someone with a disability, they can be sued / fined for between 75K-150K. If that's the case (any lawyers here to confirm?) than it needs to be happening a whole lot.
Perhaps I might qualify due to autism related sensory issues where I can only wear a mask for a short period of time and can't handle wearing it over my nose without it becoming overstimulating to me. For me this would be an ADA exemption. However, I've never had problems with my employer when it can it how I wear my mask.
most likely they won't enforce the mask beyond getting in. especially if you have a drink in your hand. I had an asthma attack within thirty seconds of wearing a mask to enter a chemist. Since then I haven't worn a mask.
That traumatic event probably creates a lot of anxiety.
