The SCOTUS judge then was trying to coordinate how to go after the state government. The SCOTUS judge was asked for copies of emails by the government of Montana. She deleted them saying she doesn't keep records. I assume the judges deleted their emails too. Judges are trying to hide their illegal activities to over throw the elected officials of Montana.

That opinion could invalidate any rulings they make as it show a bias in the ruling. The state legislature then asked for those emails to see what the polling result was. The extremely liberal state Supreme Court is refusing to hand over those emails even though they were on state email servers and state law says they must be made available.
