I think sterilization, reduced sperm count, and increased miscarriage is the more likely scenario. Not mass death.
well if that is going to play out it should star showing up any time since the first vaxed were in December/January

Our role is to provide encouragement and support. I am hoping that by then there will be a way to reverse the effects of the vaccine.
Utopian dream. The plan is to blame the unvaccinated. It will be impossible to provide encouragement and support to someone that blames you for their upcoming death.
That may be true but should that stop us from trying?
Some will not believe it's due to the vax and that it's safe, and then they're dead the next day. Some are just that brainwashed.
Others who realize the mistake they made and will beg for medical assistance, but they won't/can't get it. The elites don't want people to be saved, they will let them die.
Then there are those who realize they're going to die and they're going to start doing all kinds of illegal and awful things. More rioting, more looting, more murders, etc. It'll be a free-for-all and honestly I'm not sure what to do about that.
Simple. Whoever threatens you, your property, or your loved ones, put them down

Probably a borderline or outright societal collapse. The vast majority of First Responders. Police, Fire, EMS have all gotten it. Which means the majority of the country is without any of those services.
Medical Care is going to outright collapse. Given Medical staff were prioritized for vaccinations
The Commercial Sector will fall apart as Executives and Employees of various companies start dropping
The Military will likely be the last institution to fall. As Soldiers start deserting to be with their families during the unrest to protect them. Or start dropping dead from vaccinations.
Essentially large parts of the World will become Somalia writ large. As various groups form and start battling for control over a shrinking pool of resources.
Not to mention the possibility of someone pushing the shiny red button and Nuking China as a revenge strike.
Which adds Nuclear Holocaust to the mix.
Basically a very bad scenario with everyone for themselves.

In summary, as the vaccinated start to die (and assuming no vaccine shedding killing the unvaccinated), the MSM and governments turn the narrative against the unvaccinated, saying that they are responsible for new "variants" or for the continued spread of COVID-19 (since they're un-vaxxed) ... division and hate reach a new high ... that's the precursor to some nasty atrocities.
That scenario of course depends on a few things, like, the ratio of vaxxed/unvaxxed, and how well the information has reached the mainstream in regards to the harms of the vaccines & the role the government played in leading us to this stage.
It seems to me like every military on earth has been given the ‘vaccine’.

People "dropping dead right and left" has a very low probability. The spike protein is not deadly in that way (that we know of).
A more likely outcome is that people's health will be significantly compromised long term. Maybe sterilized... A very definite wake-up call for the NPC's.
How they will react is anyone's guess, but my bet is that whatever they do will be stupid - that is just part of who they are.
The Lame Stream Media has been very good about inflating Covid-19 #'s, faking death statistics and scaring everyone into taking the vaccine.
The same Lame Stream Media will NOT report on people dropping dead right and left from the effects of that vaccine. Those #'s will be hidden every way possible. The media will make sure that people who are asleep... stay asleep.
