I'm pretty sure there isn't anywhere on the planet or even in the solar system for these lunatics to hide. Iran lost top tier leaders to the WuFlu. They are more likely to just shoot him than welcome him. Some of the stuff the cabal has been up to there is nowhere to hide from it. Even China, Russia, NK, etc aren't going to hide them. It won't be a "political" move... it would be an act of war to harbor these people.
At most they will use them as minor bargaining chips. We give you person X if you lift this one little part of the sanctions type stuff. They aren't going to attempt to protect them long term. That means being at odds with the USA forever.
