I've been researching germ theory lately and finding zero proof that it is valid, and plenty of evidence that bacteria, parasites and viruses are nothing more than the three types of clean-up crews that rid our bodies of waste cellular material, toxins, etc.
This led me to the idea that covid (whatever it is) is nothing more than engineered hysteria. A Mass Psychogenic Illness of global proportions.

Interesting. I also know that fear, isolation and lack of sunlight are each significant mortality enhancers (around 20-30% each) for humans. These alone are sufficient to explain a spike in death for the elderly. It accounts for the so-called spike of death this time last year.
Youre an old lady, living a bland and comfortable life. Suddenly it's 24/7 fear klaxons, you can't see your friends or family, and you darent go out for that vital spring sunshine.... of course there was a spike in deaths.

All I know is my teachers in school repeated told us year after year we need to learn history so we can stop the repeat from happening. My understanding is that our bodies utilize bacteria, parasites and viruses to deal with toxins and dead cellular material. Bacteria deal with the mundane, ordinary cleanup duties, parasites with more complex stuff and viruses deal with serious issues.
Perhaps some babies die because they have not yet been populated with the right mix of these three?

You're spot on OP. Sadly, very few on this board are ready to hear this. I've come to the conclusion that the idea that "they" WOULD tell a lie this big about germs, let alone COULD tell it and get away with it is beyond believable. It's a red pill too big to swallow at this time. The implications are just too much for most to digest.
See Dr. Stephan Lanka for his research and explanations about viruses. They don't exist. Bacteria and fungi are indeed opportunistic microbes that destroy dying tissue and/or repair damaged tissue.
And you're right about psychogenic illness. There is an entire health modality that says practically ALL dis-ease is psychosomatic in origin that is quite precise in its diagnoses and cures. You name it; cancer, heart attacks, lung, kidney, nerve-related issues, right down to pox, flus, etc. It covers it all.
It seems most alternative health care practitioners aren't yet aware of this modality as they continue to focus on nutritional deficiencies or toxins as the primary causes of most dis-eases. While I agree that some dis-ease arises due to these reasons, it is minor in comparison to the psychogenic cause.

Why is the Placebo the benchmark for new drugs being tested? I think the answer is pretty weird and pretty obvious. New drugs are placebos themselves--we just believe that they work.

I was referring to the procedure for testing new medications for efficacy using a placebo as the control. The placebo often has a remarkably positive effect on the trial participants and this is seldom discussed. The placebo effect seems to prove the power of our minds and intention to affect our health.
