Another school, we compete against through various sports, has openings as of last week k-12. The whole damn school left. Principal, teachers, staff....and no one knows why.

Keep in mind that, if the Covid-19 vax causes serious health problems or deaths, our nation's biggest refineries and chemical plants will shut down.
Most of the refineries and chemical plants along the Gulf Coast were gung-ho about providing the free "vax" to employees and their families. They applied pressure to get employees vaxed. So did electrical power plants.
No gasoline & no diesel fuel = no trucking. Grocery stores will shut down.
No petrochemicals = no household cleaners, no plastic packaging, limited or no production of a lot of things.
If it comes to be that the mRNA "vaccine" becomes deadly, even the 20% to 40% of people that refused to take the "vax" won't be showing up for work. Why would they if their family members took it and are falling ill? If their neighbors are dropping like flies? It would be survival mode for them too.
Basically, get ready now for self-sufficiency. The SHTF scenario could last anywhere from 3 to 6 months or more before things begin to stabilize. Plan ahead.
Seriously, y'all should've been prepping this whole time. If you're not already stocked up on AT LEAST 1 month of essentials, time is running out.
Get prepped and stay that way.
It's too early to tell what will happen 3-5 months from now.
Also, by the time were done with Fauci's emails, among others, we'll be better off than we were before.
Also, remember that the audits are still ongoing. By the time we're done with those, we'll have a "new" POTUS. Or we should have one. If not, then I believe your assessment may be accurate.

also get some heirloom seeds to store. they sell packs of thousands of them for relatively inexpensive. for just in case things really not looking good (society collapse), we may all become farmers. also learn to compost. also learn about water safety, septic and wells etc.

All of these things you say are not only possible ... they are probable. By 'PROBABLE' I mean that in the literal mathematical context, being a better than 50% chance of many, if not ALL of these things happening.
There are little 'dry runs' or 'assessment probing/modeling' happening at the rate of one every couple of weeks: Ammo (namely primers), Power Grid (Texas this last winter), Lumber, Gasoline, Meat Processing, toilet paper, on, and on, and on ... At this point, it is OVERTLY OBVIOUS.
A massive power outage would shut down a lot of water pumping stations. Make sure you ask our water company how a power outage affects their ability to supply your area with CLEAN water.
On the education front: I have been saying it to every single person I know when the subject even comes close to presenting itself, Private Schools are going to be the next MASSIVE industry. As big, if not bigger than Tech is right now. Mark my words ... it is inevitable at this point. Public schooling will still exist, but it will be a tiny fraction of what it is now. TINY FRACTION. People are going to pay for their kids to not be exposed to evil. The pubic school system is beyond repair. No matter what happens now, there is no way to replace even 50% of the current personnel necessary to run a 'clean' (non-woketard) public school. It will be impossible. They are going to be hard to find and harder to employ. Especially with the private schools as competition. Tuition for K-12 will be a thing people budget for in the years to come, like rent, insurance, utilities. It just will be.
I think i read it does help but need to research more. basically the virus has these spike proteins on the tips (the ball with the tips picture) and the spike protein of the vax is same thing just without the virus part. So as I understand it the ivermectin and HCQ with zinc fill in the receptors in the cell so the protein can't.
