She works with a bunch of sleepy, vaccinated, Bydumb worshipers. We are going to be 49 this year and maybe we are overreacting and her cycle is simply changing up on the way to menopause. Should she be taking some type of supplement and should i take them as well? I work alone out in the sun all day so i don't know.

My wife started menopause around 50. Irregular periods (usually delayed) was the first sign, followed by the hot flashes. As great as GA.win is, I would recommend consulting your doctor on such issues.
I like to call the hot flashes as power surges.
Flushes not "flashes".
I take it your wife did not take any of the covid vaxes?
Taking vitamins C and D3, plus zinc, quercetin, bromelain, and Acetylcysteine (an amino acid that is sometimes labelled N-Acetylcysteine) are good supplements to help prevent damage from covidiots who are shedding spike proteins.
Note that there is an assault on NAC and a lot of other nutriceuticals. Amazon has already removed NAC for sale.
This ?
Plus magnesium and K2.
My friend stopped 5 weeks of untimely bleeding and cramps by using fennel tea and star anise. She thinks the problem was caused by shedding.
Here is an excellent thread on the subject by u/Huffman98
The remedies he/she is referring to for the vax will likely work for "shedding" because the same spike protein is involved.

I’m a 34 y/o female, healthy, no pharmaceuticals, no vax, I live with little stress and no fear of covid. I had 3 periods in the month of March and I became quite anemic. I’m ok now, but my cycle is now consistently 24 days, where before it was 28 days. This is happening to a lot of women.
Pine needle tea
Its not unheard of to get periods early or late, its her body not an atomic clock. Relax and wait for other warning signs.
if you go to AmericasFrontlineDoctors.com, you can sign up for a telehealth doctor visit where you can request Ivermectin or HCQ prescriptions for "preventative, prophylaxis reasons" I got the Ivermectin this week. Appointment was $90. 42 pills of Ivermectin was $275. on its way to me now FedEx. i guess the HCQ options is less expensive too. Good luck and spread the word.
glad you got your Ivermectin. At those prices, though, it's almost cheaper to buy a plane ticket to Ghana and get it at the local rate of $2 per 6mg pill.
I'm exaggerating of course but it is sad how Americans pay the highest drug prices in the world.
It's normal to fluctuate at times. No need to panic.
Step daughters mom got the stab and hers did the same...tell her to expect another in 3 weeks ??♀️
You can still buy NAC at Life Extension, although they have been overwhelmed with orders.

Also Mike Adams has a lot of info on surviving this whole covid circus.

And he had a video on yesterday that I found quite interesting. This pharmacist explains that only a true vaccine can shed, as it uses live viruses.
The CV jab appears to be using something else to inoculate those of us who did not get the jab. I can't remember what is in the jab that causes us all to get inoculated but she explains it well.

Hope this helps. Praying for you.
That's common enough. Now, if she starts passing tea plate sized clots, the bleeding becomes spotty for a week or two, then heavy, then back again, or it sticks around for longer than 2 weeks, then she needs to get seen.
Yes, this. I'm of the opinion almost all hospitalizations during wuflu were because people were stressed and had anxiety through the roof thinking they were going to die from a cold because their TV wouldn't stop telling them they were going to.
Stress is a big deal.
