Here are the things anons have dug on that, based on preliminary research, seem to have some potential to reduce spike protein damage – either by protecting cells from the spikes, or by dissolving the spikes themselves.
A) SOURCES OF SHIKIMIC ACID (3)
- Pine needle tea
- Fennel tea (you know, the seeds they put in Italian sausage)
- Anise tea (the star-like things they use in Chinese cooking, taste like liquorice)
B) Bromelain (an extract made from pineapples) – often sold in 10mg tabs
C) Acetylcysteine (also called N-Acetylcysteine or NAC) – an amino acid often sold as 200mg tabs that the FDA suddenly wants to regulate now.

if you are in North America, try GNC or a similar type of health supplement store. I am told there are some shops that have been slow to get the memo on NAC recently becoming regulated by the FDA.
In much of Asia and Africa, NAC is still sold over the counter. And it's dirt-cheap to boot. You can get 20 pills for one U.S. dollar in Thailand.
My local heath food store is out of stock. I even checked Amazon...

Funny that you should ask. A year ago I bought Quercetin (Jarrow) via Amazon and sold with it frequently was Zinc and NAC. I knew I needed Zinc too and after reading the N-A-C info, I was thinking, this will be good to have around too given the current crap happening. So... I bought it but never took it. Then when I saw NAC recommended elsewhere recently, I took the bottle to my mom and told her I'd order another. Just went to do that and it's no longer available on Amazon. Of course. Quercetin is still there, but not the NAC. I expect my local organic foods market will be able to get it. I was just trying to do it the fast way. We definitely are the news now because we can't get anything under the radar anymore it seems.
We are being systematically check mated at every turn. As soon as something is identified as being effective it gets put under tight control so it cannot be freely distributed.

I've been wondering about this problem of mitigating the bad jab effects. Wonder if fasting-induced autophagy could stimulate the body to attack the foreign RNA and spike proteins.
thank you for mentioning the idea of fasting. I've read nothing about the possible effects of fasting on spike proteins and the (para)magnetic nanoparticles in the vaxes, but today I just prayed on the subject of healing those who got vaxed, and had an intuitive desire to fast for a few days.
I don't see that fasting could hurt a vaxed person, although it probably makes sense for them to keep taking their vitamins/supplements during the fast.
Going on a vegetable juice diet like the Gerson diet might be a decent alternative to strict fasting for these individuals. That would make sure they get nutrition while at the same time allowing their organs to enjoy a reduced workload.
I have been thinking the same thing about fasting. It might turn over proteins faster in the body and help recycle those spike proteins.

This is great info and in time may become critical. I am ready to believe that high profile folks with the jab who have both the means and knowledge are already vested in research for antidotes. In fact, it would not surprise me if this is or becomes a rapidly growing albeit clandestine industry.
Good sources say Thyme Tea also for detox.

For some reason the word “suramin” as it relates to pine needle tea popped into my head from maybe another post... does anyone have any info on that? Or did I make that up?
Suramin (chemical formula C51H40N6O23S6) is an injectable medicine that has been used for a long time in Africa to treat 'sleeping sickness'. I think it is Dr Judy Mikovits who thinks it can help those who have gotten vaxxed. I would like to learn more about it.
Because (at least as far as I know) it has to be injected, it's a bit more complicated for ordinary people to acquire it - it is prescription-only in the U.S. - and use it as you would need syringes and have someone skilled enough to inject it into a vein. Ideally you would have an experienced nurse to help you with it.
I think pine needle tea contains suramin but would have to confirm

You are watching an advertisement by big pharma for a new mRNA drug. No different than a bonerpill ad…and the fake 4 hour erection nonsense. ‘Covid-19’ is an imaginary virus used only as a marketing vehicle.
I do think there is merit to debating whether or not such a pathogen as SARS-CoV-2 exists, whether/how it has been isolated, etc.
However I think most would agree that the spike proteins - which are the problem I tried to address in the original post - present a very real problem that people need to deal with, especially if they have unwisely taken one of the Big Pharma vaxes. The spike proteins could be causing real harm even if, as you suggest, SARS-CoV-2 as such does not exist.
