I would like to think that CA, WA, & OR are way more right leaning than left. The cheating has gone on for so long people just expect these states to be blue. Who from deep blue Oregon and Washington are going exactly?
Only Portland, Salem, Eugene, Seattle, Olympia and Bellingham are true blue areas in the PNW. The rest is red.
