Seen this many times before, and it is following everything right non scedual, minus the last 2 parts for q2. We just got out of q2, and we didn't have any supply chain breakdowns that the MSM was pushing, or that I saw that I looked around, and the transferring of individual to UBI wasn't done too much, so either stuff is falling apart behind the scenes, or there is a delay in the plan.
