Every day that I possibly can I get out in the sun sometime after noon. 3 things. Bare feet in the grass/dirt for grounding or earthing. Skin exposed to absorb vitamin D. Face towards the sky with eyes open to get light into my eyeballs. Not looking directly at the sun but near it at the brightness. It resets your inner clock, the circadian rhythm. Helps me sleep wonderfully after years and years of insomnia.
This SOUNDED crazy, but when I read sunrise and sunset, I guess I've done it. I feel recharged on bright sunny days 'looking' at the noon sun with closed eyes. If that makes sense. You feel the warmth, 'see' a red glow (with eyes closed!). And feel recharged. At least I do.
I do that lying on the grass with my little dog. She's happily basking in the sun with her eyes closed and I'm curled around her on my side with my face to the sun.. it's really warm, calming and wonderful..
I usually thank God for the day and the time we have together.
Yup, that's one of the keys to health, since thousands years it has been said
Lockdowns have been a way to break our connection to the nature, and look how much people died of issues with D vitamin
Also, same reason for which Bill Gates is trying to send those balloons in the atmosphere to 'obfuscate' the sun
Look in ancient texts, people were living mainly with veggies and sunlight, photosynthesis, that's the nature power source, he knows
best moment of the day to gaze, seems to be the sunset and sunrise, for at least 5 minutes or a meditation, sun isn't to strong, and you follow the cycle of light
Hahah I tried sungazing as a curious young man, stared directly at the sun for about 3m at sunset.
It doesn't hurt at all and it becomes this beautiful white orb with no rays at all, just a perfect circle. I had a little sunspot in my vision for about 20m after but have not experienced anything wrong with my vision since and that was years ago.
Just a little anecdote for those curious.
Also you can only "safely" sungaze at sunset when the sun is low on the horizon. Anything less is optical suicide.
Maybe I would have damaged my eyes if I kept it up, but after that one attempt it seems fine.

I swear I've read that celebrities sun their assholes for some sort of bullshit health reasoning? Lmfao
Leave it to the satanic celebrities to find a way to mirror sun eating:

Not from a 'tan'. Through our eyeballs.
That's incorrect.
That's not an answer.
I know laying out in the sun feels amazing. This year has been the most I've done it. It's almost a spiritual experience.
It works better if you eat a tide pod at the same time!
