That won't be how it works. Approval ratings are polls taken by multiple pollsters. The polls are then "analyzed" and reported. In this case, Biden has been below twenty percent since March. But the REPORTED numbers are more than double that. The military is not waiting for leftist tools like polls to determine their plan of action, nor should anyone be.
