Can you point me to some kind of source? Swedish military does exercises every year, that I’m part of. We have done that for ages, maybe a bit more now because of Russia is ramping up their efforts in the Baltic Sea.

The exercises were the regular sheduled military ones(if you have been around long enough you may have noticed that their focus may have had some minor tweaks, noting overly noticeable but relevant if you go looking for them with civil-war prep in mind), what was worthy of note was the sivilforsvaret(don't know/remember the Swedish name for it) alerts that happened in conjunction with them with recommendations for people having 1-2 weeks of stored food, water and emergency supplies, there was no official reason for those beyond 'readyness'...

It doesn’t make sense that Sweden was except from this. The WEF went after every country, and every westernized country especially. Why not Sweden? Yeah I remember. But the readiness was based on Russians and Gotland. But preparing for civil war isn’t that far fetched. I’ll look into it.
