Saw this a long time ago. It is true but anyone that tried to fight it would get railroaded in the courts. Corrupt judges would just shut it down. Going forward, I firmly believe the IRS will be no more as part of the plan.
IRS is a private entity. They enforce income tax for the Federal Reserve which is unconstitutional. If you can withstand their bullying, I have heard legends of people who got away without paying taxes.
I won’t out who, but someone very important to me refused to pay the IRS anything for the last 56 years of her life. They initially hounded her and called her, but she ignored them and they gave up because they knew they were powerless.
Yeah, I have heard stories too. But I have also heard that the hounding is really intense. They bring in all kinds of stuff - one guy apparent kept getting raided by SWAT (on some flimsy pretexts) all the time. Another one had his family harassed as well. This person you are talking about must be an amazingly couragious and one one tough lady! Hats off to her.
In the imminent New Order of things, I'm expecting taxes on labour to be abolished and declared unlawful and with prejudice.
and if we are really lucky, a full refund of all income taxes already paid, with generous interest.
and usurious interest paid on loans over the years.
Call it compensation, paid for by the owners of the Deep State and fully funded by the liquidation of their very substantial assets.
Once the covid scam is killed off, those that benefited will be punished.
You either believe that there is a plan or you don't.
New Order implies the Cabal winning. I am assuming you are referring to the Q defeating the Cabal right?
I mean when the current regime is defeated,
most folks use the phase NWO (New World Order) when talking about the globalist tyranny,
whereas I am recognising a new order when the Republic is Restored.
We really need a better term than new order. It's not an Order and its now new. Its probably a lot like going back to what life used to be before the Globalists started their current iteration of fuckery.
I always just refer to it as "When we go back to wholesome life", but yeah - we need a new term that captures the fact that we are undoing centuries of evil and go back to basics.
Might want to check with Wesley Snipes on that!
he filed
They sent her to her PC. Said it wasn’t a heart attack, which we knew, and want her PC to follow up. We’ll know next week.
WTF???
...but just try not paying it and see what happens.
At first they send you threatening-looking mail and they call you and leave threatening-sounding messages. But you ignore the bullies and eventually they give up and look for easier prey. Source: someone dear to me who spent her entire working life as a school teacher didn’t pay a dime in income tax after she turned 30 until she passed away at 86.
Did she mail in her tax form and then simply not pay it?
The IRS does not call you. They only send letters. I suppose if you ignore them long enough, the law comes to visit.
If you get a phone call claiming to be the IRS, hang up because it's scammers, probably "David" in Mumbai, India. :)
I've personally known a guy that did this and fought the IRS for 30 years. In the end he lost because a federal judge refused to recognize his argument. They took everything from him.
16th Amendment & 26 USC 6151
From what I vaguely remember from a dig long ago, the 16th amendment which was in mid 1800's gave congress authority to levy taxes on income.
However, the income tax that we pay is really a payment to the federal reserve as interest for the free money they print. At least the part that goes towards the fed is unconstitutional, as it can be argued that the fed itself is unconstitutional since the constitution only allows the states to print money.
Passed congress 1909 ratified 1913.
And some point in time income and wages started to mean the same.
Yeah something about the difference between wages and income. I think a wage is an exchange and cannot be taxed, while income is more like passive profits (interests, stock market, etc)
This is an interesting argument but nearly every argument against income taxes has been debunked repeatedly. Yes, income taxes WERE unconstitutional until the 16th amendment came to be in 1913. But even then, taxes on goods were always protected. Here's every argument brought against income taxes, with sources showing how the Supreme Court has already addressed them:

The only way income tax can be unconstitutional is if another amendment is ratified saying so.
Ehhhh read the cases, they were ALL virtually declared frivolous, and lost. Not on the actual merits of the claim. Judges are corrupt political hacks.

My brother fought the IRS for 25 years over a $5k deduction. The IRS officials would make a deal, break the deal, over & over. Apparently, IRS people get a percent of the proceeds and will fight to get as large a fine/settlement as they can get. In the end, my brother settled for a payment of $170k!
this lady was eventually arrested and charged for not paying her taxes
They will also come and steal your land and possessions. Do they care if it’s lawful. Look where we are at with Covid. Regulation is not law, but yet we for some reason allow it to supersede law. As long as they have our subjugation in mass they get away with it.
you are free are you are not, you can't be a little bit of a slave. you either stand tall or cower with normies. can YOU withstand the storm?
Amen. The clarion call is going out and everyone must choose their side. I know which master I serve. Just as Joshua was confronted by an angel. Joshua asked “are you on my side or the enemies side” The angel replied “neither, are you on Gods side”
You don't get arrested for not paying. You get arrested for not filing or for lying in the filing (i.e. not reporting).
