Make sure you accurately document those that plan to and those that don't plan to enforce the mandate. Don't be afraid to let those establishments know that they have lost a customer if they intend to comply. Reward the businesses that don't plan on enforcing those mandates.
#3 Know Your Rights: NO business can refuse service due to your vaccination status! This is KEY! Establishments MUST accommodate all patrons despite vaccination status or refusal to disclose. Any business that sends you away due to vaccination status is liable for legal action. For those that intend to comply with the mandate, establishments that disclose your vaccination status in ANY way is also liable. Both in contravention of the Americans with Disabilities Act. (42 USC §12112(a).
