Yep.. saw that mate, but prior to that it seemed to be nothing but losses (albeit in the lower courts). Take the Indiana University students’ case for instance.
We always knew this was coming. They are the first to block internet, but I'm pretty sure unless they are stopped, the unvaccinated won't be able to have a cellphone carrier or home internet, and eventually not even a bank account.
This will all be done without making any laws because it will be done with private companies.
But this isn't about the vaccine. It is mostly because the people that are 'vaccine hesitant' is the same group of people that don't believe their government or the media. They want to stamp that out. The vaccine is a money-making tool, but mostly it is a tool to suppress our ideas.
Internet access denied?? Makes no sense if this is about covid.
Makes sense if it is about badgering people and punishing them into compliance . . . with something that does not prevent something that is 99 + % survivable.
So, a private entity is planning to fine paying customers for not being sheep, and block them from using something that they've paid for. Clown Town U.
CT is the most communist and totalitarian State in the union. It is one of 4 States that have gotten rid of Religious and Personal Belief exemptions from their laws. They also got rid of Sheriffs being sovereign and made them part of the State apparatus. In CT the State is god. This is why it is also so damn corrupt.

Fines for students who don’t supply vaccination proof will begin at $100 per week for the first two weeks. The penalty will increase by increments of $25 every two weeks until a max fine of $200 per week.
Currently non-complying students can avoid the fines if they show the proper documentation by Sept. 14. If they fail to meet the directive by then, they will lose access to the campus internet network.
