I did a search previously and his account came up but I could not find that specific tweet thats why I asked. It wasn't because I didn't believe you. Now, when I used the link you provided it came up. (Note: I do not have twitter.) One thing I found strange is on the tweet, to the right of the time and date stamp it says 'Sprout Social'. Any clue what that means or is?
Before doing some research, I'm guessing it's the name of an app used to post scheduled Tweets most likely.
After doing some research, looks like it's a paid service that allows social media managers to track analytics and other data regarding their Tweets and their effectiveness, as well as manage social media campaigns (and that includes scheduled Tweets).
