Noem claims such legislation is a slippery slope that could lead to other dictates toward businesses Republicans might not like. “If we mandate one thing, are we setting a precedent for what we are telling businesses they have to do far into the future?” Noem posed.
The Republican governor has, though, banned vaccine mandates for employees in state and local government in SD.
The only slippery slope is letting businesses practice medicine without a license. They have no right to tell us what to put in our bodies. Motherfucker. I'm highly disappointed in her.
The slippery slope in itself is the act of allowing businesses to act without regard to the Constitution of the United States of America.
Our founding fathers never took the stance this traitor has. You are a fool to trust her, when both Jefferson and Franklin directly stated otherwise.
All the Property that is necessary to a Man, for the Conservation of the Individual and the Propagation of the Species, is his natural Right, which none can justly deprive him of: But all Property superfluous to such purposes is the Property of the Publick, who, by their Laws, have created it, and who may therefore by other Laws dispose of it, whenever the Welfare of the Publick shall demand such Disposition. He that does not like civil Society on these Terms, let him retire and live among Savages. He can have no right to the benefits of Society, who will not pay his Club towards the Support of it. - Benjamin Franklin to Robert Morris, Christmas Day, 1783.
The earth is given as a common stock for man to labor and live on. If for the encouragement of industry we allow it to be appropriated, we must take care that other employment be provided to those excluded from the appropriation. If we do not, the fundamental right to labor the earth returns to the unemployed... It is not too soon to provide by every possible means that as few as possible shall be without a little portion of land. The small landholders are the most precious part of a state. - Thomas Jefferson to James Madison, 28 October, 1785.
I hope we shall take warning from the example and crush in it’s birth the aristocracy of our monied corporations which dare already to challenge our government to a trial of strength, and to bid defiance to the laws of their country. - Thomas Jefferson to George Logan, 12 November, 1806.
The enemies of We, the People, reveal themselves when they show us that they would choose the power of Oligarchs over the livelihoods of Citizens. In every instance, when the Corporate powers challenge the Government, and by extension the American people, to a trial of strength - Traitors allow them an easy victory.
Noem has been questionable recently. Now, she has proven she is a whore for our enemies.
Our robust economy and job market gives them the option to find a new employer that values personal choice and responsibility, and doesn’t force mandates on their employees.
The economy is preparing to collapse. More Mortgages than ever before have been taken out on brand new homes - the prosperity Trump brought us is about to be abolished by Biden, as these homes will foreclose with the falling of stock prices, of land value (which was inflated during the pandemic), and a Coronavirus Lockdown will ensure a swift collapse to our economic system.
Be prepared to work together, and grant no quarter to those who have betrayed you.
September is National Preparedness Month. You know exactly why.
If there is no law for mandating vaxxination, then it is unlawful. Businesses do not get the right to make policy that is not reflective of existing law. Noam says the legislation is a slippery slope. In other words, why make law when it has always been the right of the individual to decide for themselves. A business cannot lawfully mandate this for several reasons. It is a slippery slope. If anything, the legislation should be banning vaxxine passports.
She's taking the libertarian stance here and not the conservative stance. I lean towards conservative here becuase no one should have to choose to permanently modify their physiology or lose their job. It's just wrong to force such a decision on people.
I do not respect discrimination based on what you chose to put in your body. That is absolute tyranny. Get a lethal injection or go work somewhere else. How can you respect that?
Unfortunately they are allowed to test for drugs that can inhibit your ability to do your job but they still are not allowed to inquire about vax status by law although I see what you are trying to illustrate with your example it is an apples to oranges comparison
To tell a business not to discriminate is not tyrannical. It has been a law for almost a century. You can still chose not to hire or keep someone employed for a myriad of reasons. What they chose to do with their body (which is none of an employers business by already existing laws) is not one of them and NEVER should be.
Medical records have been confidential my entire life. An employer has never been allowed to discriminate based on medical history. This is current law and you should absolutely refuse to disclose this information
Fuck that. Some guy that worked for a business for 25 or 30 years, and is 5 years from retirement, shouldn’t lose his job because he won’t get shot up with a ‘vaccine’.
No. It is a violation of our constitution and against human rights. She should not be okay with this. I would expect a governor to defend a persons human rights. Freedom is acceptable unless it does harm i.e. no one has the freedom to simply shoot people cause they want to or mandate you go through a surgery
You respect her 'decision' to allow corporations to destroy the lives of private citizens who now will no longer be able to afford independence.
Maybe I'm too harsh on you - you're a Brit. I wouldn't expect you to understand what my ancestors fought and died to achieve. One day, I promise you, that you will understand when you see it.

Think carefully about the concept; the fundamental right to labor the earth. It is the fundamental right of man to work. In stripping anyone of their right to work, you impose upon them a breed of tyranny that rips away their fundamental rights. Our natural state - is for men to work.
What you're suggesting as a counter-argument is, in essence, the same thing as simply arguing that people must be vaccinated to labor - in opposition to the argument that people must be vaccinated to labor. In other words - a logical fallacy.
All men that can and will work, should and shall. Any mandate put in place to prevent them from working based on any aspect of their identity, is a violation of their fundamental rights. It really is that simple.
This isn't about "employing who they want," though. This is about selective discrimination to bar individuals from employment based upon personal medical decisions - inquiry thereof violating the right of the prospective candidate's right to privacy.
By your argument - if I mandated that I would not employ a man unless he is surgically neutered, your position is "this is fine." I want a qualified, intelligent, and capable worker for my business - if I turn down five of those because I want a eunuch, that is a problem.
We once had a president named Ronald Reagan. Many honor him as a hero to our nation. He allowed Corporations to accumulate power faster than ever before, in exchange cutting down the strength of government and allowing Corporatists to challenge the United States Government to a trial of strength - The Corporatists won. We ended up with monstrosities like Blackrock, Big Tech conglomerates, and the argument you and I have now.
Ronald Reagan also passed the 1986 firearms ban. He signed his name in endorsement of the 1994 Assault Weapons Ban. He betrayed the American People.
This country - the United States - does not function correctly when We, the People, are not allowed to hold those with more power than the common man accountable. Period. The gears of Freedom stop turning, here.
Cheers to your lineage, and to mine. May we walk in their footsteps, and may God preserve us from falling before these "people" whose will is to make us suffer.
Hopefully, we neither need to fight nor die and God will simply carry us to victory.

These people are stupid f*cks. Businesses do not make law. They are not insured medical practitioners. There is no immunity from lawsuit. They are liable. Company policies MUST reflect State and Federal law. If there is no law, it is outside the law and therefore unlawful. Again, businesses do not have any right to make 'policies' that are unlawful. South Dakota has no Law for mandating vaccination for adults. There is however a religious belief exemption for students.
Do you see where this is going? First it was the children who were roped into mandatory vaxxination for attending school, then it was daycare. Now, since the annual flu jab campaign was an utter failure, they are trying to mandate adults to be vaxxinated in order to work. F-u-u-u-u-u-c-c-c-c-k-k-k-k you you pathocrats.
I will never take a vaxxine. Vaxxines are the biggest fraud ever perpetrated in history. They have never helped mankind. The main cause of disease has always been the lack of sanitation, hygiene, and nutrition. Fecal matter from farm animals used for mass transportation and humans contaminated nearly every aspect of daily living, including the drinking water. Today, the infrastructure in the United States for its sanitation systems has greatly minimized all the common diseases caused by microbes from fecal matter.
So, the credit actually goes to...... Are you ready? The credit rightfully belongs to plumbers, electricians, sandhogs, engineers and city planners.
Pandemics are extremely improbable to occur in the United States unless somehow the sanitation system infrastructure collapses. Ever wonder why the Los Angeles and San Francisco mayors allowed the homeless to defecate on the city streets? Do you think they were trying to start a pandemic? Fortunately, it didn't work. Citizens acted by sanitizing and cleaning up the mess.
I could respect her decision if it were not 3 important factors.
It would prevent people from having to rely on a corrupt court system to keep their jobs
It would prevent people from being pressured into taking the jab and suffering possible negative side effects. Including death.
Not all people will be able to stay local to replace their job 1 for 1. And in many cases there will not be enough jobs at conservative businesses to actually take on all the people applying.
Justifying her decision is a perfect example of what got America here in the first place.
We are Americans. Our founding fathers gave their last breath fighting for freedom I won’t settle for totalitarianism wrapped in inclusivity, fuckem. Pardon the expression.
Folks still don't get what is happening.
WE THE PEOPLE SAY NO.
We have the power, Trump (and Noem) is not going to let Big Brother Government protect us, giving them the power. WE DO IT. US. WE STAND UP TOGETHER AND SAY NO. WE ARE THE BOSS. Trump told us innumerable times we would be taught, and reminded that WE Have All The Power.

Her position is very libertarian. She has banned government/state institutions from these mandates. She allows that private business has the FREEDOM to impose their own hiring mandates. She may hope/believe that the marketplace will favor those who DO NOT impose mandates. It follows a logical understanding of freedom from government mandates.
Or.... shes one of the lizards. Hard to tell.

Big business first is how republicans got into trouble decades ago.
America FIRST!!

I respect her decision.
What she is actually saying is that businesses should choose for themselves and not be told what to do by the authorities.
Isn't that what we want, freedom of choice? The same applies to business owners.
If they lose workers and their business fails, well that was their choice.
I do not respect discrimination based on what you chose to put in your body. That is absolute tyranny. Get a lethal injection or go work somewhere else. How can you respect that?
Recreational opioids are okay?
Since you want to be a smartass - inject heroin into your eyeball, or you're fucking fired.
Wow.😂

I'm done with 'libertarians.'
Our Founding Fathers would have tarred and feathered them, and sent them back to England for treason.
No. It is a violation of our constitution and against human rights. She should not be okay with this. I would expect a governor to defend a persons human rights. It has nothing to do with being a Brit. If I wasn't concerned about what's going on or willing to fight for freedom, I wouldn't be on here would I?
I'm not saying it's right that a company should be allowed to discriminate. All this tyranny boils my piss as much as it does yours.
However, that is something that a court should decide based on existing discrimination laws.
What if a Governor mandated that companies were only allowed to hire trans or blacks? Is that something a Governor should do?
Do you see yet what she means with slippery slope?
Think carefully about the concept; the fundamental right to labor the earth. It is the fundamental right of man to work. In stripping anyone of their right to work, you impose upon them a breed of tyranny that rips away their fundamental rights. Our natural state - is for men to work.

Well you can formulate an argument if you want but in essence, if you read what I wrote, we do not disagree.
I also believe it is a violation of fundamental rights.
However, business owners also have the right to employ who they want.
Hence why I say it should be addressed in a court of law.
This isn't about "employing who they want," though. This is about selective discrimination to bar individuals from employment based upon personal medical decisions - inquiry thereof violating the right of the prospective candidate's right to privacy.

Well fren, you mentioned your ancestors fighting and dieing for your country.
BTW, I had 6 uncles (all brothers) fighting against the Nazis simultaneously so we all have ancestors who fought against tyranny.
Perhaps such a time has arrived again?
Now that, I can toast to.
Cheers to your lineage, and to mine. May we walk in their footsteps, and may God preserve us from falling before these "people" whose will is to make us suffer.

They have established their own religion.

Primary it,
get rid of it.
Yeah, I was wondering when she would cave. She's never really seemed very strong. I always had an "on the fence" felling about her.

Unfortunately, judging by the downvotes, it appears you've made a few people who masturbated to her in the past quite angry.
