Thank you. I bookmarked it. I had a lot of hope when Operation Legend came to town, the numbers seem to come down due to effective law enforcement. It's hard waiting, but I imagine Chicago will be one of the last (evil) strongholds to fall. And it's not too far from Racine! I don't know anything about Racine, though...yet.
