We could have this orchestrated because this is psychological projection. They're trying to spin a narrative or we are segwaying to one they'll make a huge storm over foriegn interference........which theres a nice EO by Potus Trump for.
A lot of people don't know that Woodward was (is?) Navy intel.
I always believed, and there is still no proof otherwise, that Woodward theorized the whole Watergate plot, probably based on some rumors floating around DC at the time, made up the "Deep Throat" story, and got lucky that all he was reporting turned out to be true.
